Camera molto bella e grande, completa di vasca.. Per tua informazione, prendiamo la camera più economica... Incredibile piscina grande con profondità 1,2 m, applicabile per la maggior parte. Ho anche una piscina per bambini. L'ambiente è accogliente, vicino all'aeroporto, vicino al mare e molto vicino alle principali attrazioni di Langkawi, a meno di 10 km dal mare di Chenang, Gunung Mat Chinchang e il mondo sottomarino. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Verrà di nuovo totalmente.

Terza visita, camera grande, bassa occupazione tranquilla, parcheggio enorme, grande piscina, musica jazz suonata a bordo piscina era eccezionale, colazione eccellente. Solo una delusione ma non per colpa dell'hotel, vedere la spazzatura portata sulla spiaggia fuori dall'hotel è stato semplicemente straziante.

Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole. Le camere sono molto pulite e la vista dalla piscina è incredibile.

le strutture (palestra, miniclub) erano malandate e non funzionanti. Nel complesso il posto è semplicemente carino con una bellissima piscina a sfioro e anche la piscina per bambini è fantastica, ma è un peccato non poter utilizzare altre strutture. la spiaggia era piena di piante spinose e fangosa. necessità di riparare gli impianti.

As others mentioned, time has not been kind to the hotel infrastructure and does feel pretty dated. There were switches, locks, and control panels that were likely previously under the Sheraton system, which no longer functions. The main noticeable thing was Temperature/AC control panel, yet the AC was a stand alone unit with remote. However, the extremely friendly & helpful staff and the amazing service is what shifts the experience into at least an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was a combination on buffet/help yourself Malaysian/Western blend, with Omelette station prepared fresh by staff. The pool and outdoor chair lounge area is huge! The private beach front is nice to view the sunset and rise (especially if you have a beach front view room). The gym was completely mine as no one else used it. The restaurant /dining area is also big and they are open quite late, so you can order direct from kitchen rather than relying on Grab Food to come at least 30 minutes+ later. Keep in mine: I was here in the off season, where tourist/school kids groups were significantly less. I would say the location is very prime to airport convenience & convention center. However, it is NOT COMMUTE friendly since and you will heavily rely on Grab if no car/motorbike (in Langkawi in general). Sometimes Grab drivers will ask you to cancel if they are in the Pantai Cenang area since that's where the majority of the action/festivities area on that side of Langkawi. Overall, great value for a pretty good, peaceful stay. But if you are looking for something more lively, best to get something near Pantai Cenang City Center.

Amazing place to stay, the resort has all the facilities to offer a really relaz and quiet vacations. Despite some situation of the room, the support was fast and every hour.

We had a week in the hotel. On first arrival, it does seem run down, with the room looked fine but there was mould in the bathroom, lots of mosquitos, and chipped paint. However, the bed was comfortable, the bar was great, and the pool was huge! Overall, I would stay again.

We had an amazing trip and the hotel was a big part of it. The room was nice, the airport is nearby by you can’t really hear the planes, it’s out of the city area so its quiet(but close enough that you can get a grab and be at Cenang beach quickly), the beach in front was basically empty the whole time (can’t really swim in it, but nice to look at), the pool is big and looks over the beach, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We spend more days at the pool than anything else.  To be honest, the hotel is a bit older and there are a few things that could be updated. But all the positives outweighed the negatives, just be aware it’s not an updated new hotel and you’ll be fine.

a very good location, near airport and near beaches and duty free malls. The pools are friendly to no swimming skills.

Best Hotel, Thank You!

We booked the place due to the good reviews we saw and the price of the room. We thought it used to be a four point hotel should be not bad. But to our horror, the place is only big and nothing else is there to convince us to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night to try out if the place is worth for us to extend our stay. This place is like an old abandoned complex. Not worth the price paid.. The room smell of cigarettes smoke, the room is big but there is no hot water shower, the room needs serious upgrades. We don't really dare to use anything in the room, even the safe, the closet is not working. The fridge is dirty, the pool is dirty water. The beach is not even a proper beach, not cleaned up for ages. Full of grass, tree branches, trash, the beach is totally abandoned. Upon reaching the room, we feel like leaving. Don't know how we can make it thru the night. There is no restaurant or convenient store near the hotel, really out of no where. The only good point is near the airport. It's quite a bad experience. Did not expect a lot from the breakfast spread as well.. we have to take grab out for our dinner.

Aged facilities and the beach is not suitable for young kids to walk around.

Good location and service room. Food in restaurant is very delicious.. Very clean and good to stay!!!
