UUtente ospiteThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately.
The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.
If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue.

BBilly LooiÈ stato perfetto per noi! Fin dal nostro arrivo, durante l'intero soggiorno e fino alla partenza. Il servizio è stato eccellente e il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile.
L'onsen è stata una grandissima sorpresa! E i loro trattamenti spa, così eccellenti che avremmo voluto farne ancora di più.
Abbiamo provato sia la colazione che la cena al ristorante, ed erano entrambe di altissimo livello. In confronto, i locali del posto non ci hanno minimamente entusiasmato.
Una volta arrivati, non abbiamo nemmeno sentito il bisogno di esplorare la città, perché c'erano così tante cose da fare che il tempo a disposizione non ci è bastato.
Torneremo sicuramente, e i nostri ricordi di Hue sono stati resi perfetti grazie al Melia!

XXiaoyi JiangHo viaggiato molto l'anno scorso e, sebbene la maggior parte dei miei viaggi siano stati per lavoro, credo di aver soggiornato in molti hotel. E sono più che felice di dire che il Vedana è il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato.
Pulito, tranquillo, buon cibo, vista notturna pazzesca: queste sono le cose ”normali” che si possono leggere online. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare il loro servizio.
Sono un viaggiatore solitario e stavo facendo un viaggio in moto tra Da Nang e Huế. L'ultimo giorno del viaggio, avrei dovuto andare da Vedana a Da Nang, ma la pioggia era pazzesca e non accennava a fermarsi. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato non solo a ordinare un lalamove (per consegnare me e la mia moto al noleggio nel modo più economico), ma anche a negoziare con l'autista del furgone un prezzo decisamente migliore. Alla fine, ho pagato solo un prezzo davvero minimo per riavere la mia moto e arrivare in aeroporto in tempo.
È semplicemente incredibile quanto siano disponibili ad aiutarti.

UUtente ospiteOur stay here in Hue was honestly fantastic, starting with the unbeatable location - you step outside and literally everything you need is right around the corner. The room itself was a major highlight. We absolutely loved the panoramic windows, and the blackout curtains were top-notch, letting us actually sleep in without the morning sun waking us up. The level of cleanliness was impeccable across the board.
The bed and pillows were decent and comfortable enough, but I do have one practical suggestion for the management: they really need to switch to proper fitted sheets. Using flat bottom sheets that constantly pull up and bunch together during the night is just annoying and takes away from the otherwise premium feel of the room.
The breakfast was a total win. The buffet is gorgeous, offering a massive and incredibly diverse spread of delicious options to kick off the day.
The only real curveball was the check-in experience. Instead of a warm, welcoming vibe, the front desk staff immediately hit us with a rigid list of ”rules and don'ts” in a surprisingly abrasive and almost rude tone. It definitely lacked that essential hospitality touch. Management really needs to coach their team on their delivery and customer service etiquette. But honestly, aside from that initial weird interaction, we had absolutely zero complaints. It’s a beautifully clean, well-located spot with a killer breakfast.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful vacation in Banyan Tree. The service here is really on another level compared to other 5 star hotels as you are assigned a Villa host who takes care of you during your stay. Our host, Man, was very friendly and very helpful, going as far as to go to some shops to get our daughter some writing supplies so she could do her homework.
The villa is nice and it was great to lounge in our private pool. The beach is also private and quiet. The hotel facilities are shared with the sister hotel Angsana which you can travel between with the buggy. The hotels kids club is a little far, closer to the golf so you cannot walk there however the kids club staff are very good with kids. Overall we had a great stay.

The room is clean and bed quality is nice. I had very good sleep in the quiet environment. Breakfast is excellent with several Hue local dishes available as buffet. The only problem is the alignment of bathroom things. The towels are placed too near from the shower and it becomes easily wet if I take shower. And shampoo and shower gel bottles are far away beyond toilet and I first didn't even understand they were shampoo bottles, and I had to bring those bottles to the shower room for taking bath. They should swap the places of towels and shampoo bottles. Other amenities are no problem.

L'ascensore è pieno se ci metti 2 persone e 2 valigie.
Anche la serratura della porta della camera era allentata.
Dato che si tratta di un vecchio edificio, è molto scomodo.
Quando ero lì, mi hanno detto che c'erano dei lavori in corso nella stanza accanto, non era uno scherzo.
Anche la colazione è ordinaria.
Tuttavia, i giardini dell'hotel sono grandi, quindi è bello che i bambini possano correre.

AArnau CasadevallAbbiamo soggiornato solo una notte a Hue. L'hotel era fantastico, con una piscina molto bella. Camere molto pulite e tempestive e un ottimo colazione. Io consiglio davvero l'hotel. Inoltre, hanno un bel ristorante vicino all'hotel se si cerca buon cibo vietnamita.
Punteggio aggiuntivo: Ho dimenticato alcune cose dell'hotel e sono riusciti a mandarle a me da Hue a Da Nang in meno di 24h. Questo non è legato alle strutture dell'hotel, ma apprezzo davvero quello che hanno fatto.

UUtente anonimoStavo qui mentre facevano una sorta di costruzione che ha preso tutto il lobby e ha fatto entrare e uscire in modo brutto; il letto non era molto confortevole e si è insopportato quando mi sedevo. Ho provato due camere, e entrambi erano così. La grazia di risparmio era che il personale era molto amichevole e mi permetteva di controllare in anticipo per un corridoio, ma in generale non credo di tornare.
