Hotel vicino a Pagoda Lang, Hanoi

L’Hotel Solaria ha davvero un ottima posizione a due passi dal lago Thien Quang nel quartiere vecchio. Lo staff sempre super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Colazione davvero ottima e ciliegina sulla torta il rooftop bar.

L'hotel dimostra un'ospitalità eccezionale. Come ospite abituale, ho trovato una torta e un biglietto d'auguri sul tavolo, una piacevole sorpresa al momento del check-in. La camera ha un balcone ed è molto spaziosa. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati molto rapidi e, al momento del check-out, la signora Tracy mi ha aiutato a chiamare la compagnia di trasporto solo per assicurarsi che il mio arrivo fosse in regola. Il massaggio con cibo era ottimo e la colazione e il pranzo erano deliziosi. Hotel pulitissimo e a 5 minuti dal lago. I drink al bar/ristorante sono buoni! Si può vedere l'alba a bordo piscina. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare qui.

Il personale alla reception è stato molto cordiale. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli.

Non è male, ma ci hanno detto di passare a una camera familiare e di pagare di nuovo.

Tutto il personale è stato estremamente cordiale, la colazione internazionale offriva opzioni sia europee che asiatiche. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, e la cucina completamente attrezzata rendeva cucinare estremamente comodo (c'è un piccolo supermercato proprio all'ingresso dell'hotel con alcune verdure, carne congelata e bistecche, riso e noodles, sufficienti per pasti semplici). La palestra era enorme e super attrezzata. L'hotel ha un piccolo cancello che conduce al lago e offre un servizio navetta per il centro città.

Posizione fantastica per esplorare la famosa via del treno di Hanoi, il centro storico e i dintorni, dai negozi di frutta alle strade animate. Purtroppo non ho scattato foto della camera, ma era molto pulita e spaziosa. Servizio clienti eccellente: ci hanno aiutato con i taxi Grab e a ritrovare un oggetto che avevamo dimenticato in un Grab! Consiglio vivamente il loro servizio. Da questo hotel è facile organizzare un'escursione alla baia di Ha Long.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

È pulito e spazioso, con vasca da bagno. È una buona tappa prima di intraprendere il tour ad anello di Ha Giang.

La posizione era eccellente. La stanza era piccola senza vento solo si sente che sei nella tua tomba. Il proprietario dell'hotel ha ordinato ai suoi dipendenti della ricezione di chiedere alla maggior parte dei clienti che soggiornano nell'hotel di dare all'hotel i marchi completi nelle recensioni dell'hotel

Siamo stati accolti da un host adorabile (vedi foto sotto). Ci hanno consegnato un pacco da Hoi An: l'host lo ha ricevuto per noi e ci ha tenuti aggiornati, molto disponibile tramite WhatsApp. Un caffè carino appena fuori :) Ci serviva un posto vicino all'aeroporto, quindi la posizione era perfetta!
