Resort fantastico! Piscina incredibile, colazione abbondante, ampia scelta di piatti caldi e freddi. Gli ascensori erano veloci. Servizio navetta gratuito per il Grand World e ritorno. Anche la navetta aeroportuale è gratuita, ma assicuratevi di prenotare con 12 ore di anticipo.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly—always greeting us with warm, genuine smiles and offering help whenever we needed it. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel even reached out a day before our arrival to confirm our estimated check-in time, making sure we wouldn’t miss out on the complimentary cable car tickets. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the cable car station, with free buggy transfers available around Sunset Town according to their schedule. We booked a fireworks-view room with a balcony, and it was absolutely worth it. Every night at around 9:30 pm, we enjoyed a beautiful 10-minute fireworks show right in front of our balcony. Such a wonderful experience!

Mi è piaciuto il tempo trascorso all'hotel Mövenpick. Bellissimo territorio, spiaggia meravigliosa e acqua di mare pulita. Mi piace il fegato di pollo a colazione e il caffè che hanno preparato era buono. Inoltre è stato bello tenere alcune lezioni di yoga al mattino, ha dato davvero più energia per la giornata. Ma voglio anche menzionare alcuni svantaggi che spero che la gestione possa cambiare in futuro. Il posto per il pane nella colazione non aveva un asciugamano per trasportare il pane, quindi se gli ospiti volevano tagliare il pane usavano le mani per toccare il pane! Non è del tutto normale per nessun hotel e può portare più batteri! Inoltre penso che dovrei aggiungere il salmone a colazione. La cucina produce uova alla Benedict solo con pancetta e nessuna scelta per chi non mangia carne di maiale. Era un po' triste per questo. Vivevamo nel secondo edificio, per andare in spiaggia bisogna aspettare l'auto e qualcosa deve passare 5-10 minuti in attesa, potrebbe essere carino gestirlo meglio per non far aspettare gli ospiti a lungo. In conclusione, vorrei tornare di nuovo, ma al primo edificio, non al secondo!

L'hotel è ideale per le famiglie, con una grande piscina, un'area dedicata all'infanzia, attività giornaliere, noleggio biciclette, palestra, karaoke e spa per tutte le età. È situato in posizione strategica, con un mercato notturno di fronte all'hotel. Ci sono file di centri massaggi e una varietà di ristoranti, tra cui vietnamiti, coreani, occidentali e di pesce. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per raggiungere Duong Dong, la zona centrale, e circa 40 minuti per raggiungere la parte settentrionale di Phu Quoc. Inoltre, è adatto alle coppie. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.
