Resort fantastico! Piscina incredibile, colazione abbondante, ampia scelta di piatti caldi e freddi. Gli ascensori erano veloci. Servizio navetta gratuito per il Grand World e ritorno. Anche la navetta aeroportuale è gratuita, ma assicuratevi di prenotare con 12 ore di anticipo.

L'hotel è situato vicino al mercato notturno. La piscina è ok, ma la spiaggia è piccola. La colazione è ok.

I had an amazing stay at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort! The resort is beautiful, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was one of my favorite parts—it was spacious, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. What made my stay even more special was the thoughtful surprise on my birthday. The team left a delicious birthday cake in my room, which was such a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It truly made my day and showed how much they care about their guests. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and for making my birthday so memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc, and I look forward to staying here again!

Mi è piaciuto il tempo trascorso all'hotel Mövenpick. Bellissimo territorio, spiaggia meravigliosa e acqua di mare pulita. Mi piace il fegato di pollo a colazione e il caffè che hanno preparato era buono. Inoltre è stato bello tenere alcune lezioni di yoga al mattino, ha dato davvero più energia per la giornata. Ma voglio anche menzionare alcuni svantaggi che spero che la gestione possa cambiare in futuro. Il posto per il pane nella colazione non aveva un asciugamano per trasportare il pane, quindi se gli ospiti volevano tagliare il pane usavano le mani per toccare il pane! Non è del tutto normale per nessun hotel e può portare più batteri! Inoltre penso che dovrei aggiungere il salmone a colazione. La cucina produce uova alla Benedict solo con pancetta e nessuna scelta per chi non mangia carne di maiale. Era un po' triste per questo. Vivevamo nel secondo edificio, per andare in spiaggia bisogna aspettare l'auto e qualcosa deve passare 5-10 minuti in attesa, potrebbe essere carino gestirlo meglio per non far aspettare gli ospiti a lungo. In conclusione, vorrei tornare di nuovo, ma al primo edificio, non al secondo!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, ottima colazione a buffet e bella piscina. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un buon soggiorno. Anche se l'acqua dell'oceano in questa parte dell'isola era nella media, la spiaggia era pulita.

I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

C'erano difficoltà nel sistemare, dopo la prenotazione e quando ho contattato il locale, mi ci sono voluta un'ora quando mi sono risposto. Vivo in una stanza come questa prima, c'era più pulito. In quella stanza c'era una TV invece di tre. E il vetro era rotto all'ingresso, e anche il vetro mancava nel doccia, il proprietario suggerì che fosse installato quando eravamo li'.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto, il che è un vantaggio. Trasferimenti aeroportuali gratuiti in entrambe le direzioni. Anche lì dentro c'è molta afa. La camera era di buone dimensioni con una splendida vista sull'oceano. L'aria condizionata in camera era un po' calda durante il giorno. Potrebbero essere forniti più ganci in bagno per appendere asciugamani o vestiti. La nostra camera non aveva un attaccapanni per appendere i nostri costumi da bagno bagnati.
