PPassarin.KThe location of this hotel is fantastic, especially with the charming Rabbit Cafe right on-site and EV Charging is a plus. The swimming pool area is incredibly relaxing and surrounded by lush greenery—a true urban oasis. I was also impressed by the room size; it was very spacious and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! While the staff were generally very polite and helpful, I was surprised to find no toothbrush set in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took over 15 minutes for one to be delivered late at night. Despite this small delay, the overall quality was excellent, and I will definitely be back!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is exceptional in every way. It is a beautiful building in the most stunning grounds. The plants, shrubs and flowers are interesting and colourful and most especially well cared for. There is nothing negative about the hotel if you want a relaxing break. The rooms are large, well furnished and we had a balcony overlooking the lake, the bathroom is a very good size, with good sized towels. The restaurant is intimate and the food delicious. The breakfast was incredible and we sat outside on the terrace to enjoy the food and the view over the garden. The swimming pool is not enormous but more than adequate with very comfortable sun loungers and very large towels.
The service from the moment we arrived in the car to when we left was impeccable. Sadly we only stayed one night but will definitely return.

Very cozy, located beside a river, 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to Pak chong night market. 2 minutes walk to Banmay Chaynam michelin resto.
the room is very clean, have lots of flowers in the garden.
The owners are very kind.
They prepared breakfast earlier for us coz we need to go to the airport on the last day's stay.
We have porridge for breakfast, very delicious, big portion.
Reasonable price for both food and room.
Super recommended for budget traveller.

VVincent LayeOnly stayed a few nights,room was nice,but didn't have a smart TV which for the price of a room was surprising,although I was told there about 50%through changing them and you can ask for a digital box on reception if your room doesn't have one .steam room was out of service,gym was fully equipped and pool was OK,chlorine not salt water so take some goggles if your going to swim .
Food for breakfast was excellent staff were all very polite,and accommodating,surrounding area is ok everything you could need nearby.all in all nice few days

BBearyHKLa stanza era molto grande e ci sorprendeva la piscina privata, il tetto Terrance e il cannone. Possiamo fare il check-in nella stanza stessa. I servizi forniti erano molto buoni. Puoi anche avere il tuo bbq sul tetto, ma potresti davvero dover dirlo che vuoi avere il tuo bbq. Se non ti aiuteranno a cucinare il cibo e servire la tua stanza. La qualità del cibo bbq dirò era solo media. Poteva essere meglio. Mi piace che possiamo scegliere in camera da pranzo per il nostro colazione e ci sono abbastanza poche opzioni per il colazione. As for the wise location, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place does not have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Devi prendere atto del parcheggio perché devi parcheggiare su una cortina 😅. È solo che era ancora una buona esperienza rimanere lì!

Eevelyn_pieWe had a lovely stay at Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. The resort was very clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome.
The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing with family, although it’s a bit far from main attractions. Overall, a great resort for families looking for comfort, good service, and a calm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

MMike PanovWe've stayed at this hotel several times in different rooms, but this was our last. The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use.
The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant.
The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks.
The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.
The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal.
On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly.
Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate.

С каждым разом номера выглядят все хуже, уборка в номерах стала очень плохой, номера требуют ремонта, пахнет сыростью и плесенью. Система кондиционирования не числилась уже очень давно, повсюду пыль, грязь и волосы от предыдущих жильцов. Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться.
Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно.
Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок.
Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово.
Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится.
Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал
Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует.
