We booked 2-bedroom house for 2 nights. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Ambience was nice and quiet.
However to improve by installing hooks in toilets and rooms for hanging clothes. The long table was great for group meals together. It would be good if a basin for washing utensils be installed near the refrigerator instead of bringing into the bedroom toilet to wash.

È stato perfetto per stare con un amico! Avevamo una camera gemella, la camera dell'hotel stessa era pulita e piacevole e il personale era amichevole e gentile. La posizione è 10/10 con campi di fiori lungo la strada, e il bar del cowboy (ci consigliamo) non molto nemmeno. In generale - era davvero il valore per il prezzo 😊

La tranquilla posizione, il tranquillo della mattinata quando si sveglia, e si può sentire gli uccelli gridare. La notte si può vedere il cielo chiaro con le stelle.
Tuttavia, la zona della doccia in camera era in fuga, e l'acqua prese un tempo per sdraiare la zona della doccia, quindi sarà necessario fermare l'acqua per un po', o costruirà una mini-inondazione nella zona della doccia.
La guida di notte è piuttosto oscura su una strada sporca senza molte luci, ma ci sono segnali lungo la strada per guidarvi e quando raggiungiamo la zona glambling siamo stati accolti da archi di luci.
La zona può essere molto fredda la notte che siamo andati a dicembre, così abbiamo avuto mookata per cena e è stato buono. Anche alcune persone hanno visto grigliare carne. Il controllo della zona è in realtà al ristorante. Il servizio è buono, ma il personale non parla davvero inglese, ma abbiamo finito con Google Translate.

Our second visit. Room was very well appointed amongst the tree tops with aview of the pool. Not tried the restaurant or the breakfast yet but noticed a company had booked for a buffet dinner.
It's easy to reach the National Park and lots of well known restaurants. Beautiful grounds. A hidden gem ideal for those seeking a comfortable base without the lavish all included 5 star experience. Eat out cheaply in a plethora of roadside restaurants or splash out on the big boys with wine and western grills. It's all on your doorstep.

UUtente ospiteRoom was super spacious and clean. The decoration was outstanding. Wifi was not that reliable. It was stable, mostly but sometimes it asked us to input password every 5 minutes. Breakfast was variable and delicious. The air conditioner was nice with quiet mode but the quiet mode stayed only 2-3 hours so I needed to have remote control nearby when you sleep as I was sensitive to noice when sleeping). There was a little noice from the louver, as well. There was a huge space inside for golfing, walking, running and biking. The restaurant inside was at standard level with exceptional view but the price is very high (no discount for those who stays at the hotel).

SShaun400seU Khao Yai is absolutely wonderful!
The public areas of the hotel are very impressive, high vaulted ceilings and faux French decor, furnishings and nursery rhyme artwork and ornaments - which some might consider tacky but as it’s clearly designed and presented as nouveau, the hotel is offering a modern day take on a French country house / chateau, it does actually work.
Highlights for us was the garden view suite (72m2) after which we moved when we extended our stay for a third night to a lake view Deluxe (47m2) as our suite had been sold whilst we made up our minds to stay on! However, we actually preferred the lake view (218) as it offered a far more substantial balcony and a different aspect to the front of the hotel, overlooking the aforementioned lake, fountains, more wonderful gardens and the quite impressive residential houses opposite - and all of this for 700baht or so less a night than the suite.
The Papillon restaurant we used for 2 of our 3 nights - a fair selection of “Farang style” Thai food is offered but I personally couldn’t see much further than the fabulous selection of Australian steaks and burgers on offer! Wines by the glass are well priced but further enhanced by the “2 for 1 Happy Hour” between 5-6pm and at all other times “but 2 get 1 free” offer which actually makes buying wine by the glass over 7 glasses, a lot cheaper than buying by the bottle! The service in Papillon was perfect too - laid back, no rushing, a really stylish and welcoming dining experience with fabulously presented food and friendly and efficient waiting staff.
The impeccably clean pool area is beautiful too, looking out as it does on the fantastically well tended rear gardens and river although the sun-beds are in fairly short supply at peak use times and strangely there are no parasols on offer. We did also feel that a poolside drinks / snack service should be offered - we would definitely have used it during our morning by the pool which I would add is a very pleasant temperature and has spotlessly clean water.
We did use the Spa, having booked a couples 2 hour hot stone massage therapy session and we were both very, very impressed with the spa facility itself and even moreso with the two masseuses who were assigned to us - they are clearly experts in their professions and we came out literally walking on air.
Whilst we didn’t have any real lowlights, in order to improve the hotel (and perhaps to attain a 5 star rating from the current 4) I’d offer up the following as constructive criticism:-
1. Change out all your old and outdated in room TV’s. Hotel rooms nowadays simply must offer a Smart TV. We felt that this was a BIG miss and it urgently needs to be rectified as is not in keeping with 21st century hotel accommodation AV equipment standards.
2. Provide proper in room mini and snack bars.
3. The breakfast was borderline disappointing.
4. Be a little cautious of the U’s charging policy for food, beverages and importantly spa treatments. I say this as their (admittedly clearly stated) policy is to add 10% service charge plus 7% tax to these items of expenditure and to their room tariff when booked directly with them. The end result of this was that I booked my rooms (with breakfast included) through Trip.com at a better rate than U could offer and the policy made our two spa treatments menu’d at 2700 baht x 2 = 5400 baht a whopping 6318 baht.
All in all the U Khai Yai gave us a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience, far exceeding our initial expectations. We are both of the opinion that U Khai Yai’s gardens, lakes and waterfalls, are truly incredible achievements, making the hotel stand out from the regular crowd.
The staff should be rightly proud of their achievements in all areas of operation - take a bow Team U Khao Yai, you are going a truly awesome job!

BBearyHKLa stanza era molto grande e ci sorprendeva la piscina privata, il tetto Terrance e il cannone. Possiamo fare il check-in nella stanza stessa. I servizi forniti erano molto buoni. Puoi anche avere il tuo bbq sul tetto, ma potresti davvero dover dirlo che vuoi avere il tuo bbq. Se non ti aiuteranno a cucinare il cibo e servire la tua stanza. La qualità del cibo bbq dirò era solo media. Poteva essere meglio. Mi piace che possiamo scegliere in camera da pranzo per il nostro colazione e ci sono abbastanza poche opzioni per il colazione. As for the wise location, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place does not have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Devi prendere atto del parcheggio perché devi parcheggiare su una cortina 😅. È solo che era ancora una buona esperienza rimanere lì!

UUtente ospite- The reception staff and all the employees, including housekeeping and security, provided excellent service and warmly welcomed us. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.
- Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type.
- There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple.
- The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍
- In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️
- One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭

KKate AussieThis room at Mövenpick Khao Yai was booked for my parents, and overall the stay was positive.
The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a nice open layout, good bathroom design, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was well maintained.
Staff throughout the resort were excellent. Service was friendly, professional, and responsive whenever assistance was needed.
Breakfast was very good, with strong egg and noodle stations and consistent quality. The Italian restaurant on site is excellent, though on the expensive side. The pool areas are large and well kept, but there is limited shade during hot parts of the day.
The resort grounds are expansive and attractive, though this does mean a fair amount of walking if your room is located further from reception or facilities.
An important note is that a car or permanent driver is essential, as there are no nearby taxi or transport options.
Overall, this was a comfortable stay with good service and facilities, particularly suitable for families who value space and resort-style surroundings.

The rooms look worse and worse each time, the housekeeping has become extremely poor, they need renovation, and they smell of damp and mold. The air conditioning hasn't been serviced in a long time, and there's dust, dirt, and hair everywhere from previous occupants. It's impossible to fill the bathtub, the hot water pressure is too weak, and even the water heater won't turn on. You're paying for something you can't use.
The furniture is all old and dirty, and the nightstand is covered in strange stains, right in front of your face. It's unpleasant.
The kitchen is there, but there's not a single utensil for cooking, not even spoons or forks.
The balcony is covered in dust and pigeon droppings. Incidentally, if you book a two-story room on the top floor, pigeons live in the roof, and at dawn they're sure to wake you with their loud cooing. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear every word your neighbors are saying.
The breakfast is Thai, and there's nothing to eat. It's just rice, noodles, and sausages. Overall, it's not a decent meal.
On the plus side: beautiful grounds, beautiful interiors and furniture (though dirty), a beautiful view from the window, and bright and spacious rooms. The reception staff is friendly.
Hotel management: please improve the cleaning and renovate the rooms. It's very sad to see the hotel deteriorate.

Система кондиционирования не числилась уже очень давно, повсюду пыль, грязь и волосы от предыдущих жильцов. Ванну набрать нереально, слишком слабый напор горячей воды, даже водонагреватель не может включиться. Ты платишь за то, чем не можешь пользоваться.
Мебель вся старая и грязная, тумбочка у кровати в непонятных пятнах, напротив лица. Это не приятно.
Кухня- она как бы есть, но нет ни одного предмета для готовки, даже ложек и вилок.
Балкон не убран от пыли и голубиного помета. Кстати, если вы возьмёте двухэтажный номер на последнем этаже- в крыше живут голуби и с рассветом они вас обязательно разбудят своим громким курлыканьем. Звукоизоляция плохая, можно разобрать о чем говорят соседи, слышно каждое слово.
Завтрак - тайский, есть нечего. Только рис, лапша и сосиски, в общем нормально поесть не получится.
Из плюсов - красивая территория, красивый интерьер и мебель (но грязная), красивый вид из окна, светлые и просторные номера. На ресепшене приветливый персонал
Управляющие отеля- обратите внимание на качество уборки и сделайте ремонт в номерах. Очень грустно смотреть на то, как отель деградирует.
