Hotel vicino a TOPS, Cebu

Fili Hotel in Nustar Cebu is an amazing place to stay. Their customer service, cleanliness, amenities, food and everything is top notch. I'm so happy we spent our 10 year anniversary here. Our son loved everything in the place too. We are definitely coming back

It was our first time at NUSTAR. We only stayed for one night. It was a birthday suprise for my wife. She loved it and so did I. The suite we had was awesome. Very clean and spacious. We loved the layout of the room. There was a lot of details put into designing these suites. Very well done. The mall was great, all high to higher end stores which explains why not many customers in the stores. The 2nd floor had several restaurants. All were very busy which is good to see. We wanted to do the sky walk however it is by reservation only and they had already sold out for the day, so book that early if you want to do. The ****** was fun. First time for my wife. It was clean and very similar to all other casinos.We are already making plans to come back in December for a week, so I would highly recommend it. As for the cost, probably out of reach for most Filipinos however for foreigners it is very affordable. Just remember it is a high class place with standards and a dress code.

First room i was given had an aircon leak but the service revovery was great. I was given another room and a staff helped me to move my things. Location is great too as it is within walking distance to many eateries and directly linked to ayala mall (which has a supermarket too)

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? The best thing is that they provide towel for just some refundable deposit and no actual cost. Never seen such effectively free towel service in any hostels anywhere. Robinsons Fuente mall is the main landmark to locate this hostel. The staff is courteous, smiling and professional. They have a kitchen downstairs where you can cook your food and/or use the utensils microwave etc. The actual dorm room looks kinda compact with 6 bunk beds, but it was ok. The staff should remind the lower bed guests to keep their bags shoes & stuff properly, they were scattered all over the floor. There is only one toilet & one shower in dorm room. However, the staff told me that we can use the toilet & shower situated downstairs in the kitchen. They have lockers outside the dorm room which you can use with your lock. There is also a mini library outside the dorm. A nice open bar at their entrance. The only problem is there are many roosters in the compound which keep crowing day & night nonstop. Never seen such nonstop crowing roosters in my life!

Stayed at Zerenity Hotel Cebu and had a really pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to explore Cebu City or go around IT Park and nearby areas. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable for resting after a long day. I also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff—they were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel provides basic amenities that are useful for travelers, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and relaxing. For the price, it’s a good value and a practical choice for both short stays and business or leisure trips in Cebu. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Struttura moderna in buona posizione dal centro camera deluxe secondo ld aspettative. Unico piccolo neo la colazione lascia un pò a desiderare ed il the è a pagamento.

L'hotel è carino, in ottima posizione tra la parte alta e il centro di Cebu. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno al Pillows Hotel.

Staff are very helpgul and approachable. The room is very neat and clean. However, the noise of the room beside me is too loud.😅

Il nostro soggiorno a Richmond Plaza Hotel è stato eccellente, voglio solo suggerire che vogliamo che avrebbero dei capelli blurante, Kettle all'interno della stanza tutto. il personale è anche bellooooo kudos!
