Had an amazing stay at Nustar Hotel Cebu. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the sea. The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, warm, and professional. The amenities, especially the pool and dining options, made the experience even more memorable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Cebu. Highly recommended!

On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Tutto era perfetto durante il mio soggiorno. In quanto viaggiatore solitario, mi sentivo sicuro, comodo e veramente ben curato. Il personale era attento, e l’esperienza generale superava le mie aspettative. Il cibo era eccellente, e ho apprezzato in particolare il complimentare buffet per colazione.

L'hotel è carino, in ottima posizione tra la parte alta e il centro di Cebu. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno al Pillows Hotel.

Hotel è molto bello e moderno.. la colazione è il pranzo sono eccellenti.. non tutto il personale e sempre gentile e disponibile.. alcuni si .. altrimenti meno.. è a che laici hotel 5 stelle che ho visitato dove nessuno ti accompagna in camera e nessuno ti aiuta con i bagagli..

I had a great time staying in Tsai Hotel. The room was nice, I had the mountain view which is very cool to look at every morning. The room is clean and I'm amazed there's a mini ref I can use, something that wasn't available in the other hotels I've stayed.

We stayed mainly for the sky attraction. Based on past reviews, I was worried about issues like no hot water, but the shower worked fine and the room exceeded my expectations for the price. I would definitely like to stay again :)
