Hotel vicino a Ambasciata di Taiwan, Makati

La stanza era un po' fredda ma si sono adattati e ci siamo sentiti molto meglio. Servizio eccellente, rispondono velocemente quando ho lasciato il caricabatterie nella stanza. La posizione è fantastica. Il cibo è eccellente. Si prega di notare che l'area colazione prevede un codice di abbigliamento che non consente canottiere

L'hotel è molto pulito ed è ubicato in una bella zona di Manila (Makati). Vicino all'hotel ci sono piccoli market, ristoranti, bar e molte banche. Zona tranquilla

Materasso 4/5 (un po troppo molle), aria condizionata 4/5, frigo bar: in alcune stanze presente, in altre, assente. La finestra si affacciava sul nulla, quindi era come non averla. Personale molto accogliente e servizievole, bar interno di buon livello, stanze abbastanza silenziose. Prezzo, se preso in offerta (ovvero fino a 20€/notte), adeguato alla struttura.

HOTEL con molte potenzialità , zona colazione eccezionale 🤩 al 9° piano con piscina e palestra con vista mozzafiato su Skyline di Makati , Lorenzo addetto alle colazioni gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire una colazione diversa da quella proposta ( NO DOLCI ). Camera bella e spaziosa MA vetro della finestra molto sottile ( MOLTI RUMORI DALLA STRADA!! ) NON abbastanza insonorizzata e Aria Condizionata modello vecchio e rumoroso ( e consiglio di pulire i l filtro più spesso perché inviava aria con odore di muffa ) TUTTO sommato abbiamo soggiornato qui 6 giorni per riposarci dopo 2 settimane passate a Palawan e BORACAY. UN RINGRAZIAMENTO A TUTTO IL PERSONALE SEMPRE ESTREMAMENTE GENTILE E PREMUROSO 🤗💯💥💫

Mi piace l'hotel e il personale cordiale. Utilizzerò sicuramente l'hotel in futuro e lo consiglierò ai viaggiatori per il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

La nostra camera ha ricevuto un upgrade! Grazie Leez Inn. Abbiamo trascorso qui il nostro anniversario e la posizione era accessibile, soprattutto perché abbiamo scelto questo posto specifico a Pobla per la nostra cena e per il giro dei bar. Aspettatevi traffico perché è una zona trafficata. La camera dell'hotel era pulita, economica e a un prezzo ragionevole. Assicuratevi solo di portare i vostri articoli da toeletta, caffè/tè, asciugacapelli. Prenoterò di nuovo.

★★★★☆ 4.2/5 Prince Plaza II Condotel is one of those places that knows exactly what it is and doesn’t pretend to be anything else. Its greatest strength is undoubtedly its location. Situated in the heart of Makati and just a block away from Ayala Avenue, it strikes a pleasant balance between accessibility and quiet. You’re close enough to be in the middle of everything, yet tucked away from the busiest streets. Greenbelt, countless restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options are literally just a short walk away. For travelers looking to unwind after a long day, there are several massage establishments nearby, and even in-house massage services are available, making it particularly convenient for guests staying a few days or longer. The building itself is undeniably old. Not neglected, not unsafe, and certainly not dilapidated—but old in the way many well-built structures are. You can tell it has decades behind it. In fact, it feels like one of those older buildings that have simply endured better than some newer developments. If you’re expecting sleek contemporary aesthetics, this may not be your first choice. If you’re primarily interested in practicality and location, the age becomes less important. The elevator situation deserves mention. During my stay, only one elevator was operational while another was undergoing upgrades. The functioning elevator is manually operated and has a charmingly old-school character—including a ceiling fan. Surprisingly, it was more efficient than elevators in some much newer buildings I’ve visited. Guests simply contact reception when they need the elevator to stop at their floor. It sounds unusual on paper but worked smoothly in practice. The room itself was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, and functional. The shower, toilet, and sink were all well-maintained with reliable water pressure and both hot and cold water available. The air-conditioning cooled the room effectively, Wi-Fi was dependable, and the television offered a respectable selection of channels. I also appreciated the practical amenities: a stove with kitchen ventilation, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and an in-room safety box. The windows face the courtyard side of the property, allowing natural daylight into the room. The staff were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout my stay. If your priority is finding a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to rest while spending most of your time exploring Makati, I would happily recommend Prince Plaza II Condotel. In fact, given its location and room amenities, it could also work quite well for longer stays.

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
