We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Un solo piccolo neo: i prodotti da bagno erano essenziali: un bagnoschiuma 3 in 1 (shampoo + balsamo) più un asciugamano, e basta. Niente spazzolino, dentifricio, cotton fioc e così via. Se fossero inclusi, gli darei un A+. Un tocco di colore: il Jewels Hotel era precedentemente noto come Habib Hotel e fa parte del gruppo HABIB. Il suo tema, come si può immaginare, ruota attorno ai ”gioielli”, come si evince dall'arredamento e dal nome. Tutto sommato, per rapporto qualità-prezzo e comfort nel cuore di Kota Bharu, è perfetto per i viaggiatori in viaggio che desiderano qualcosa di piacevole senza spendere una fortuna.

Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

The stay was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. I also enjoyed the food during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this place to others.
