UUtente anonimoPosizione ok, la sicurezza è garantita perché la porta principale dell'hotel si blocca automaticamente, per sbloccarla è necessario avvicinare la carta che ogni cliente ha. Nel complesso tutto ok

AAlan.HWe are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind.
For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability.
Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in
Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities!
However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already.

GGuest UserUna notte al Jewels Hotel di Kota Bharu: un hotel modesto e affascinante, ma pieno di piacevoli sorprese. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per RM152 e, nonostante l'aspetto economico, si è rivelata deliziosamente confortevole. La camera era spaziosa, elegante, arredata con gusto, con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Un solo piccolo neo: i prodotti da bagno erano essenziali: un bagnoschiuma 3 in 1 (shampoo + balsamo) più un asciugamano, e basta. Niente spazzolino, dentifricio, cotton fioc e così via. Se fossero inclusi, gli darei un A+. Un tocco di colore: il Jewels Hotel era precedentemente noto come Habib Hotel e fa parte del gruppo HABIB. Il suo tema, come si può immaginare, ruota attorno ai ”gioielli”, come si evince dall'arredamento e dal nome. Tutto sommato, per rapporto qualità-prezzo e comfort nel cuore di Kota Bharu, è perfetto per i viaggiatori in viaggio che desiderano qualcosa di piacevole senza spendere una fortuna.

Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side.
Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking.
Overall, all is good.

UUtente ospiteRoom – Tidy and clean, but the air conditioner was not functioning well. It was not cold enough.
Bathroom – The pipe was leaking, and the sink water pressure was too low. The amenities provided were only shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush was supplied.
Indoor Pool – The water was too cloudy.
Ambience – The room was not soundproof. Since the hotel is located near the main road, noise from outside was quite loud and may disturb your sleep.
Overall – The hotel building is quite old and in need of some maintenance. Although the room was tidy and clean, several facilities were not functioning properly, including the air conditioning and some bathroom fixtures. The indoor pool was also not well maintained. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road may disturb light sleepers as the rooms are not fully soundproof. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed to enhance guest comfort and experience.

Controllare le procedure è molto buono e veloce. La reception è molto utile. La posizione è anche molto buona, poiché ci sono molte banche e ristorante vicino. Sono anche dotati di un proprio ristorante al contrario dell'hotel.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è stato prenotato l'ultimo minuto e l'accesso è stato possibile, quindi molto apprezzato. La vita è in effetti grande e spazioso come fotografato. Ma, supponendo che la camera principale fosse la camera gemella, mentre la seconda camera con letto matrimoniale si affondava in un angolo con accesso laterale unico. Tutte le letti erano pulite e fresche. Tuttavia, è solo un bagno di valore se questo è perso. L'unità è così grande per coloro come noi che odiano l'odore di fumo. Per aggiungere, i vasi da doccia e i portafogli di bidet potrebbero essere stati correttamente riparati o rinnovati e sperare che i futuri ospiti possano godere meglio.
