Hotel vicino a Centro commerciale Sunway Pyramid, Subang Jaya

Sunway Resort is an excellent choice for families with young children. Having the resort, attractions, and mall all under one roof makes it incredibly convenient. Sunway Pyramid also offers a great mix of both international and local brands, which sets it apart from many other malls. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping, and their service was excellent throughout our stay. However, crowd management during the public holiday period was lacking. There were long queues for the lifts after check-in, and we were initially told no baby crib was available, only for one to be delivered later that night after a follow-up call. The breakfast queue at Sunset Terrace was also extremely long, so we ended up skipping it. Overall, a great family-friendly resort with excellent service, though the experience could be improved with better crowd management during peak period

Had a really enjoyable stay at Sunway Resort Suites @ Sunway Lagoon by Landmark. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything well-prepared upon check in. The bed was cozy and the overall environment felt quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages it’s extremely convenient with direct or very easy access to Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid Mall, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. Service was smooth and efficient. The check in and check out process was hassle free, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Facilities were also well-maintained and easy to use, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, it was a great experience with good value for money. Highly recommended for both short getaways and longer stays, especially if you plan to visit Sunway Lagoon. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.😊

Sono rimasto 2 volte a Mixx Hotel. Ci sono 2 tipi di camera, la nuova parte dell'hotel che ha più attrezzature, reteflix & youtube TV selezione, caldaia d'acqua, bagno più grande e camera più grande. Where there is also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there is a small refrigerator inside. Tuttavia, il tipo più vecchio di camera ha alcune parti di forma sul tetto che è molto umido, e non così pulito come il nuovo tipo di camera. La foto che ho caricato è il tipo più nuovo di camera.

La posizione migliore perché si può andare via e andare direttamente al Sunway Piramid Mall, ci sono anche molti stalloni di cibo intorno, la stanza è abbastanza spaziosa con una piccola cucina e lavatrice, Purtroppo, il bagno deve essere riparato e pulito più perché è sporco

- The stay was very comfortable overall, and everything was quite good. However, there are two things that need improvement: 1. You mentioned on the listing that it can accommodate 6 people. In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

Stanza meravigliosa per la notte con la famiglia, grande camera con bagni separati che è un enorme plus per me. Anche se la zona è un po 'di calma ma hai comodi negozi vicini. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Grande valore per un breve soggiorno. Solo al di sotto non c'è riscaldamento per la doccia, ma tutto il resto è il top-notch per un hotel di bilancio.

My 4th or 5th time here. Tv broken. Shower head broken. Need to held by hand. Room is spacious got window 😃. The location is strategic. Restaurants & convenient store just few minutes walk. McDonald's at back. No lift & my room at 2nd floor.

性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員
