UUtente anonimoVery comfortable and clean. It is easily accessible to shopping mall and food, makes the stay really convenient. Service is perfect, there is clear instruction on check in, check out.
All the basic amenities are available such as hair dryer, towel, body wash, shampoo, bottle water, electric water boiler etc. TV, hot water is also available. The surrounding is quiet, ideal for good comfortable stay

Ci sono 2 tipi di camera, la nuova parte dell'hotel che ha più attrezzature, reteflix & youtube TV selezione, caldaia d'acqua, bagno più grande e camera più grande. Where there is also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there is a small refrigerator inside. Tuttavia, il tipo più vecchio di camera ha alcune parti di forma sul tetto che è molto umido, e non così pulito come il nuovo tipo di camera. La foto che ho caricato è il tipo più nuovo di camera.

UUtente ospiteThe Studio Suite did not match the photos shown online, and the overall condition of the unit felt poorly maintained, which made the experience very disappointing.
In the afternoon, the floor drain became clogged, causing water to back up and emit a strong, unpleasant odour that significantly affected the comfort and hygiene of our stay. I informed the owner promptly, and maintenance attended to the issue. The problem was resolved, and I appreciate the quick response and assistance provided in this matter.
However, there were several other unresolved issues. The water heater was not functioning properly. The water was slightly warm at first, but quickly turned completely cold, resulting in all of us having to shower with cold water, which was extremely uncomfortable.
What made the situation worse was that the bathtub stopper was broken and had been removed and left aside without any repair or prior notice. We were unaware of this issue and placed it back during our shower, only to realise later that the bathtub could not drain properly.
The bed linens were visibly dirty and were not changed.
These issues were only discovered when we returned at night. As it was already very late, we did not feel comfortable disturbing the owner or maintenance again. Unfortunately, these accumulated problems had affected our overall stay and led to a very poor experience.
Overall, the room maintenance were far below acceptable standards, and this stay did not meet reasonable accommodation expectations. I sincerely hope that the management will take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements.

AAlongaipaizhao性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員

UUtente ospiteThe location is great, right opposite to Sunway Piramid Mall. The do peovide simple breakfask from next door cafeteria. But the room is not very clean, especially the towel. It is recommemded to bring ur own towel. There is nothing provided in the room, except the shower gel. The room is quite small. It is very noisy from the street (motorbike at night) though we stay at level 3. And guests from other rooms also make noise. However, for this price, u should not expect too much, it is just a place to sleep, then it is enough.

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at Da Men Subang Jaya USJ by Iconique and had a very positive and comfortable experience. It's a great choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a convenient base in the Subang Jaya area.
The location is a major plus. It's situated within the Da Men Mall complex, which is incredibly convenient. You have direct access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and shops without even stepping outside. It's also very well-connected – just a short drive from the USJ Taipan food haven and a quick 5-10 minute Grab ride to the LRT station for easy access into Kuala Lumpur city center. The only minor point is that it can get a bit busy around the mall area, but the convenience far outweighs this.
The service was efficient and professional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. All my interactions with the staff, both via messaging before arrival and at the front desk, were prompt and helpful. They were courteous and addressed my queries quickly.
The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The linens, towels, and bathroom were spotless. The living area and kitchenette were well-maintained and tidy. It felt fresh and comfortable, which is always a top priority for me.
The facilities are excellent for a serviced residence. The apartment was modern and well-equipped with a functional kitchenette, a comfortable working desk, and reliable high-speed WiFi. The building amenities, including the swimming pool and gym, are well-kept and add good value to the stay. Everything was in good working order.
I would happily recommend Da Men Subang Jaya USJ and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip. It offers fantastic value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and great service for a very pleasant stay.
