La Studio Suite non ha corrispondeto alle foto mostrate online, e la condizione generale dell'unità si sentiva mantenuta in modo sfavorevole, il che rendeva l'esperienza molto deludente. Il pomeriggio, il rilascio del pavimento si è bloccato, ha causato un forte odore di disagio che ha influito in modo significativo sul comfort e sull’igiene del nostro soggiorno. Ho informato il proprietario immediatamente, e la manutenzione ha partecipato alla questione. Il problema è stato risolto e apprezzo la rapida risposta e l'assistenza fornita in questo campo. Tuttavia, vi sono stati altri problemi non risolti: il riscaldamento d'acqua non funzionava correttamente. L’acqua era leggermente calda all’inizio, ma rapidamente si fece completamente fredda, con la conseguenza che tutti dovremmo fare una doccia con acqua fredda, che era estremamente incomoda. Ciò che ha peggiorato la situazione è stato che il bastone è stato rotto e rimosso e lasciato fuori senza alcuna riparazione o preavviso. Non eravamo consapevoli di questo problema e lo rimettiamo nel doccia, solo per capire più tardi che il bagno non poteva drenare correttamente. Le lenzuola erano visibili sporche e non erano cambiate. Queste questioni sono state scoperte solo quando siamo tornati di notte, e non ci siamo sentiti più comodi disturbare il proprietario o la manutenzione, come era già molto tardi. Purtroppo, questi problemi accumulati hanno colpito il nostro soggiorno complessivo e hanno portato a una scarsa esperienza. In generale, la manutenzione delle camere era ben al di sotto di standard accettabili e questo soggiorno non soddisfaceva le aspettative ragionevoli di alloggio, e spero sinceramente che la gestione prenda seriamente queste questioni e faccia i necessari miglioramenti.

Sono rimasto 2 volte a Mixx Hotel. Ci sono 2 tipi di camera, la nuova parte dell'hotel che ha più attrezzature, reteflix & youtube TV selezione, caldaia d'acqua, bagno più grande e camera più grande. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room was neat, and the overall stay was pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

In reality, there are only 2 queen-size beds. The other two “single beds” are just thin mattresses placed on the floor, which are quite uncomfortable. 2. The sofa and beds should be cleaned properly, as there seem to be a lot of dust mites. My children slept on the beds, my wife slept on the floor mattress, and I slept sitting on the sofa. We checked in quite late, took a shower, and went straight to sleep. The next day, all of us were extremely itchy, like monkeys scratching non-stop. The ones who sat on the sofa had itchiness on the back of the thighs, and those who slept on the beds had very itchy hands. These two issues need improvement. Other than that, everything else was very good. Thank you.

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

Stanza meravigliosa per la notte con la famiglia, grande camera con bagni separati che è un enorme plus per me. Anche se la zona è un po 'di calma ma hai comodi negozi vicini. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Grande valore per un breve soggiorno. Solo al di sotto non c'è riscaldamento per la doccia, ma tutto il resto è il top-notch per un hotel di bilancio.

My 4th or 5th time here. Tv broken. Shower head broken. Need to held by hand. Room is spacious got window 😃. The location is strategic. Restaurants & convenient store just few minutes walk. McDonald's at back. No lift & my room at 2nd floor.

性價比非常高的酒店，但是呢，離雙威學校太遠了，走路基本上是不可能到的，如果要打車去購物或者學校的話，其實不划算了，因為打車都得二十多塊，這個酒店的設施是可以的，比較新，但是有油漆和塑料的裝修味道原本可能是一個足球俱樂部的招待所，沒有什麼人在管理，沒有值班的人員衹有一台入住和離店的機器，如果在平台上訂會被重複收取時馬幣的旅遊税，記得找店員退退一下，前提是你能找得到店員
