Awana Resort Genting Highlands!! Resort percutian yang lokasi berdekatan dengan bandar Kuala Lumpur. 20 minit je pun dari Gombak. Bintang : maybe 4 /5 . X pasti berapa sekarang. Lokasi: Dekat Genting Highland Premium Outlet ( shuttle bus disediakan percuma). Makan2 di Gohtong Jaya. Breakfast: OK. Tak kurang, tak lebih. Sedap je. Suhu nyaman. Staff yang ramah dan ceria.

Thanks so much to the manegement of hotel they up gred my room which is have extra sofa bed. The room is big enough for us. Every time i came to genting hotel scapes is the fisrt choice. I forgot to bring my charger iphone. Lucky the staff name Thiba borrow their charger iphone for me, thanks a lot Thiba 🥰🥰🥰

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno presso Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. L'esperienza complessiva ha superato le mie aspettative e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque visitasse Genting Highlands. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda, tutto era ben mantenuto, e il letto era morbido, rendendo facile avere un buon sonno. La suite è stata inoltre dotata di servizi utili come frigorifero, microonde, caldaia elettrica e lavatrice, che hanno fatto sentire il soggiorno come a casa. La posizione è molto conveniente, solo a breve distanza dalle Highlands di Genting. Ci sono anche ristoranti, caffè e negozi di comodità vicino, così è stato facile trovare cibo e tutto ciò che mi serviva durante il mio soggiorno. Il personale è stato amichevole, gentile e utile durante il processo di check-in e check-out, e ha reagito rapidamente ogni volta che era necessario, rendendo l’intera esperienza senza problemi e senza problemi. Mi sono anche divertito con l'atmosfera tranquilla e il bellissimo ambiente montagnoso, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro, le strutture erano pulite e ben guardate, e tutto ha contribuito a un piacevole soggiorno. In generale, ho avuto una fantastica esperienza a Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. Offre un grande valore per soldi, un ottimo comfort e una posizione conveniente. Rimarrei sicuramente qui nel mio prossimo viaggio e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole vicino a Genting Highlands.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.
