Awana Resort Genting Highlands!! Resort percutian yang lokasi berdekatan dengan bandar Kuala Lumpur. 20 minit je pun dari Gombak. Bintang : maybe 4 /5 . X pasti berapa sekarang. Lokasi: Dekat Genting Highland Premium Outlet ( shuttle bus disediakan percuma). Makan2 di Gohtong Jaya. Breakfast: OK. Tak kurang, tak lebih. Sedap je. Suhu nyaman. Staff yang ramah dan ceria.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

Avevo un bellissimo soggiorno a Windmill Genting con la mia famiglia. Il posto è bellissimo, tranquillo e molto rilassante. Ci siamo davvero goditi il clima freddo e l'ambiente comodo. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti e negozi di comodità in fondo alle scale, che hanno reso tutto molto facile e conveniente durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale, abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e ci siamo sentiti molto rilassati durante il viaggio. Certamente un bel posto per una breve distanza familiare!

L'esperienza di check-in è stata terribile, è stato informato dalla gestione immobiliare che la stanza non era pronta nemmeno alle 4:30 (chek in dovrebbe essere 3:00 pm). Trip.com deve entrare, ma sembra che la comunicazione tra Trips.com e la gestione immobiliare ((Stonez7) non vada bene. In qualche modo sono riuscito a entrare nell'unità a 5.00pm dopo pochi giri di stretto seguito. La camera era confortevole, ma la pulizia poteva essere migliorata. La polvere è ancora trovata sul pavimento. La temperatura del doccia è difficile da controllare.Nella maggior parte dei casi dobbiamo fare il bagno con acqua fredda. Ci è stato chiesto di lasciare l'unità entro le 11:00 del giorno finale, anche se ci è stato informato durante il controllo che hanno prorogato il nostro tempo di check-out di altre 2 ore. Si tratta di una grande delusione, poiché sembra che ci siano state malcomunicazioni in questo campo e là. In ogni caso, più il punto è che l'unità viene con balcone e la vista è bella. Siamo fortunati a vedere doppio arcobaleno dal nostro balcone.

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

La suite era buona e spaziale. Ha balcone e l'impianto intorno a quella zona è piuttosto buono. La vista è anche buona. Ci sono alcuni caffè da scegliere, e sale al dettaglio come The News e KK Mart. Ci sono elementi di base forniti come tavolo di ferro e di ferro, scarpe, tostapane, sapone e shampoo, caldaia, caffè e tè, muffole, TV, scatola di sicurezza e asciugacapelli, ma non ci sono acqua minerale/bevande, piccolo frigo o microonde fornite. Tuttavia, il check-in è piuttosto difficile, poiché si può trovare la persona che organizza il check-in al soggiorno nella strada vicino alla partenza News, non c'è un adeguato conto di ricezione disponibile. Si risponde solo attraverso l'app, quindi non si preoccupi di chiamare, si può essere scocciati dalla signora che ha risposto. Ma è stato un piacevole soggiorno solo durante la notte, non so perché ci sia strano urlare, urlare e disturbare il suono una volta fuori da nessuna parte.Quindi mi disturba molto il sonno qualche volta svegliato in un shock. Se il suono è un suono che non si può accogliere, ma se il suono è un suono che si può sentire mentre dormi, non credo che ti diventi un problema.

È necessario contattare l'hotel prima di arrivare, perché quando ho prenotato avevo scelto i piani superiori, ma al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che non avevano ricevuto alcun messaggio da Trip.com. Mi hanno dato un'altra camera con una vista pessima.

La prima volta che si controlla, la stanza è pulita, la nuova progettazione, ma ho sentito un odore in bagno e un rumore molto forte da altri.

The apartment was sufficient for our family of 7. The amenities provided is also sufficient. However, the checking in procedure was a bit inefficient. The host could have contacted/WhatsApp me earlier and let me know how exactly to check-in. Rather than I was sent here and there by the people at the hotel. Another thing, the apartment is on the 10th floor, so I can hear the cars ramming along the road. It was very2 noisy all night.
