愛愛飛的我Dalla reception al personale addetto alle pulizie, persino chi ci ha aiutato a spingere i bagagli è stato molto disponibile, soprattutto il personale che ci ha ripulito la camera, davvero premuroso e attento! Ho soggiornato in tantissimi hotel, ma questa è la prima volta che sono rimasto sorpreso dal personale addetto alle pulizie! Servizio di prima classe, fantastico.

WWWWWWilliamPer i turisti, l'hotel è in un'ottima posizione. Il servizio è ottimo. C'è un ragazzo molto gentile alla reception. La camera ha vista mare. Ci sono segni di ristrutturazione, ma i servizi sono ancora un po' datati. La funzione di regolazione della temperatura dell'aria condizionata nella mia camera non sembra funzionare. Si può solo accendere e spegnere. Non può essere mantenuta a una temperatura specifica. Quando l'aria condizionata è accesa, raffredda all'infinito. C'è solo una sedia da ufficio nella mia camera e non ci sono due sgabelli arancioni con vista mare.

MMs JenUpon check-in, the staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I requested twin beds for both rooms, and Mr. Matthew at the reception assisted me with my booking.
Initially, both of the rooms was assigned in an area under construction. He informed us that there might be noise coming from the Tanjung Wing. However, we didn’t hear any noise during our stay—maybe because we were always outside enjoying the beach view. 😊
He also gave us complimentary breakfast for 2 days. Since we were 5 people, I expected to pay for one person’s breakfast, but he kindly included it for free. On top of that, he arranged an extra bed for one of the room. Matthew was truly accommodating and helpful—thank you, Matthew! 👍
The food was delicious (“masarap”), and all the staff were very friendly and nice. I especially enjoyed the sunset. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the sunset bar since reservations are required a day in advance, and it starts at 6 PM with a dress code.
The amenities were excellent—kids will definitely enjoy them. Everything is conveniently located inside the property, including a movie theater, game area, kids’ club, and even an ice cream bar. 🍦☀️🎬☺️🥰

The hotel is in a very strategic location right in the city center, making it super convenient to walk to nearby food spots, shopping areas, and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained after the renovation. I also appreciated how peaceful the atmosphere was despite being in a busy area.
Staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great value for money if you're looking for a comfortable stay in KK without overspending.
Perfect for both business trips and short getaways. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è molto confortevole. Quando ha finito di controllare mentre portava l'ascensore alla stanza, l'odore dell'ascensore era molto profumo e tranquillo.
La stanza era comoda, il pavimento aveva un tappeto, altrimenti i piedi si sentiranno freddi. L'attrezzatura per la toletta era buona. L'odore del gel del doccia era come l'odore di detergente 😅 ma era ok.
Il condizionatore d'aria era freddo, la stanza aveva una finestra con una bella vista sulla città e sul mare tranquillo.

SSamantha been stayed here for many times.. every time come visit kk will only choose this hotel due to its located in between Suria shopping mall and Wisma Merdeka and by walking distance to Gaya street .. however please take note this hotel a bit rundown due to years

UUtente ospiteOverall, our stay was very good – actually, better than expected! We had a lovely balcony with a nice view. The pool itself was nice – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was helpful. After we checked out, we accidentally left some clothes in the washing machine, and they kindly recovered them for us. That kind of thoughtful service makes all the difference!
Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, so you’ll never go hungry.
I’d definitely recommend this place for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, well-located base. Great value for money.

UUtente ospiteIt's a little out of town but I chose it for the close proximity to the beach and swimming ,which is about a 10min walk from the hotel. There are street food and drinks stalls available from about 3pm . Tanjung Aru beach is beautiful, uncrowded and the beach shelves away gently making it a safe swimming area. However, the beach had rubbish washed up and maintenance isn't a priority I guess. I swam everyday and didn't get sick ,that's a bonus.
The room ( the whole place)was tired looking, it could do with a lick of paint and maintenance. Room was clean when I got there but I strongly doubt it was cleaned in the entire time I was there for five days. Often had to ask for toilet paper , shampoo and shower gel , and coffee sachets etc ,basics to be stocked whenever housekeeping does their cleaning. Air con worked for me although the settings couldn't be altered !
The bed springs creak and you feel the springs when you sit on the bed but I slept ok only because I was usually exhausted from the day's activities . The beds and mattresses definitely need renewing though.
The fridge was mouldy and smelly , what a blooming shame : /

I kept my room door locked at all times only because Reception staff hardly looked up to see who comes and goes- they sit very low,almost out of view at their front desk. I wasn't convinced about their perception of safety especially as I'm a solo female traveller and I need to be alert and take great caution.

Reception is helpful but that depends who is present.
Lifts work fine without too much of a wait. The cafe on ground level serves an American breakfast but I couldn't tell you whether that's worth your while. It looked like Mary Celeste everytime I peeped in there so wasn't convinced about getting fed or a service. Therefore, I had fruit and snacks as standby .. There's a lovely restaurant a few yards from the hotel called the Yolo Seafood Restaurant which tends to open from 11.30am- delicious and inexpensive with friendly staff.
Grab taxi fare to city centre varies from MYR 7- 25 Ringgit ,the higher tariff if returning during commuter rush hours from city centre which is a 15- 25 min ride .
Would I stay here again ? I would actually knowing all its idiosyncrasis compared to so many awful or simplly mediocre accommodation charging an arm and a leg , I think Casuarina is just ok . Value for money? I don't think so .

FFrancisca YongEasy access to parking with RM2.00 charges only. Need to inform the counter before going out from the car park. But the room are quit dusty and old. Bought my own room perfume to get rid of a weird smell from the room. Room was big but the room environment was not pleasant. Toilet was clog and I checked out earlier, TRIP made it easy and i manage to get a refund because i change my schedules. Suppose to check out on 25th but change check out date to 24th.
