Hotel vicino a Parco Cittadino, Kota Kinabalu

Si trova in centro città, ma è difficile raggiungere a piedi il molo per il tour. Tuttavia, non è un problema perché c'è un servizio di pick-up per i tour. Anche la piscina dell'hotel è bella e la colazione era buona. La posizione del rubinetto del lavandino in camera era ambigua. Quindi, è stato un po' scomodo lavarsi le mani o i denti, ma a parte questo, è stato un buon hotel.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso allo Shangri-la Tanjung Aru a Kota Kinabalu. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Il check-in è stato veloce e semplice. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Il letto era morbido e ho dormito bene. Ho anche apprezzato la splendida vista dalla mia finestra. La colazione offriva un'ampia scelta di deliziosi piatti. Il ristorante in loco serviva cibo gustoso. L'hotel aveva ottimi servizi e la posizione era perfetta, vicino a una splendida panchina. Nel complesso, ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e mi piacerebbe tornarci.

È stato un soggiorno piacevole per me e il mio team. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa per tre persone. Il bagno era buono e spazioso.

In generale, l'hotel è buono, soprattutto perché si trova a buon punto vicino a un centro commerciale, rendendo facile acquistare le necessità quotidiane e altri oggetti. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. Anche se la selezione del colazione è ampia, il gusto del cibo è stato un po' deludente e potrebbe essere migliorato. Inoltre, la pulizia della stanza richiede più attenzione. Il piano era polveroso, come se non fosse stato svuotato o vuoto.Gli ospiti che non sono confortevoli indossare le mutande dell'hotel possono notare la polvere più facilmente. Con miglioramenti nella pulizia della camera e nella qualità dei cibi, l'esperienza degli ospiti sarà molto migliore.

Hotel molto confortevole. Una volta terminato il check-in, mentre prendevo l'ascensore per raggiungere la camera, l'odore dell'ascensore era molto gradevole e rilassante. La camera era confortevole, il pavimento era in moquette, altrimenti ovviamente i piedi sarebbero stati freddi. I servizi igienici erano buoni. L'odore del bagnoschiuma era simile a quello del detersivo per il bucato 😅, ma andava bene. L'aria condizionata era fredda, la camera aveva una finestra con una splendida vista sulla città e sul mare rilassante.

Ottimo ubicazione, proprio al contrario del centro commerciale Suria Sabah. Buon servizio e pulizia della stanza è soddisfatto. Questa è la mia terza permanenza qui

It's a little out of town but I chose it for the close proximity to the beach and swimming ,which is about a 10min walk from the hotel. There are street food and drinks stalls available from about 3pm . Tanjung Aru beach is beautiful, uncrowded and the beach shelves away gently making it a safe swimming area. However, the beach had rubbish washed up and maintenance isn't a priority I guess. I swam everyday and didn't get sick ,that's a bonus. The room ( the whole place)was tired looking, it could do with a lick of paint and maintenance. Room was clean when I got there but I strongly doubt it was cleaned in the entire time I was there for five days. Often had to ask for toilet paper , shampoo and shower gel , and coffee sachets etc ,basics to be stocked whenever housekeeping does their cleaning. Air con worked for me although the settings couldn't be altered ! The bed springs creak and you feel the springs when you sit on the bed but I slept ok only because I was usually exhausted from the day's activities . The beds and mattresses definitely need renewing though. The fridge was mouldy and smelly , what a blooming shame : / The safe was broken - hallelujah! I kept my room door locked at all times only because Reception staff hardly looked up to see who comes and goes- they sit very low,almost out of view at their front desk. I wasn't convinced about their perception of safety especially as I'm a solo female traveller and I need to be alert and take great caution. Casuarina Hotel are you taking note? Reception is helpful but that depends who is present. Lifts work fine without too much of a wait. The cafe on ground level serves an American breakfast but I couldn't tell you whether that's worth your while. It looked like Mary Celeste everytime I peeped in there so wasn't convinced about getting fed or a service. Therefore, I had fruit and snacks as standby .. There's a lovely restaurant a few yards from the hotel called the Yolo Seafood Restaurant which tends to open from 11.30am- delicious and inexpensive with friendly staff. Grab taxi fare to city centre varies from MYR 7- 25 Ringgit ,the higher tariff if returning during commuter rush hours from city centre which is a 15- 25 min ride . Would I stay here again ? I would actually knowing all its idiosyncrasis compared to so many awful or simplly mediocre accommodation charging an arm and a leg , I think Casuarina is just ok . Value for money? I don't think so .

Personale disponibile e cordiale. Posizione strategica. Vicino alla hall dell'hotel si trova una zona ristoro. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'hotel è in stile datato e gli arredi e i pavimenti avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati. Ciononostante, è comunque un soggiorno piacevole.

We had such a wonderful stay at Borneo Beach Villa & Suite! The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was well-maintained, and the breathtaking sea view from the balcony made our stay memorable.The facilities were great, and everything we needed was provided. The environment was peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!

Room filtered water has an unpleasant odor. Sutera Avenue lack of management maintenance, parking basement is dirty and dark, corridor amd lift also dirty.
