Hotel vicino a Discoteca Coco Bongo, Cancun

Mia sorella ed io ci siamo divertite tantissimo qui al Le Blanc! Ho trovato questo hotel per la prima volta su Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book e ho letto recensioni contrastanti: alcuni dicevano che l'hotel in sé era un po' datato, ma nel complesso è comunque un bellissimo hotel. Sono così contenta di averci dato la possibilità perché il nostro soggiorno è stato magico e torneremo sicuramente in futuro! Contro: L'hotel è un po' vecchiotto e le camere non sono pulitissime, ma per questo prezzo è al di sopra delle aspettative! Pro: 1. Il personale è fantastico! Tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato sono stati super gentili e cordiali con noi. Soprattutto i nostri maggiordomi Luis e Rodrigo, sono stati super attenti e hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire a casa. Tutto il personale è stato super gentile e questo è uno dei motivi per cui adoro questo hotel. 2. Le piscine, i bar e la spiaggia privata sono fantastici per le foto e per rilassarsi; quando ci siamo andati, non c'era molta gente, quindi ho adorato l'atmosfera rilassata. 3. Gli eventi gratuiti che organizzano cambiano ogni giorno e vale la pena andarci!!! Il nostro preferito è stato lo spettacolo di fuoco! Partecipate sicuramente a quanti più eventi possibile, perché ne vale davvero la pena. 4. Il nostro pacchetto includeva anche l'idroterapia gratuita e ci siamo andati letteralmente tutti i giorni quando avevamo tempo libero. È assolutamente da provare, così rilassante! Abbiamo anche ricevuto 500 crediti hotel grazie alla prenotazione tramite trip.com e li abbiamo spesi per i massaggi, che sono stati fantastici. 5. Abbiamo scelto l'opzione all inclusive (bevande incluse) e abbiamo provato tutti i ristoranti. Nel complesso il cibo è abbastanza buono e il nostro preferito è stato lo Yama. In ordine di preferenza: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, servizio in camera e Lumiere. Conclusione: Lo consiglio!!!! Torneremo sicuramente!

This resort is moderately good, since it is a Hilton brand. All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much.All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish.You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

This hotel was NOT a good choice. It was pleasantly quiet only because it only offered a place to sleep. There was nothing there except a bar and a small pool. We had to go to the adjoining hotel to eat or for any entertainment. We paid for a premier ocean front room and were told that Trip.com sold us a reservation for a room that was not available. We were put in a room overlooking the parking lot, street, and lagoon. They later moved us to another room considered “ocean view” that has a window overlooking the water. The bathroom was so small that there was no room on the tiny vanity to put anything so there was a small ladder in-the corner to put our toiletries on. There was only one lightbulb in the bathroom …in the ceiling. Even though the hotel photos showed a makeup mirror and large vanity with a shelf, we did not have either. The unlighted shower had no shelf and had a shower curtain that did not contain the water so the bathmat and floor were always wet. We had to go over to a window to have any light. There was a small useless desk in the room with no lamp or plug. The bathrooms in the llobby or around the pool were always dirty with un flushed toilets and wet floors. Several times there was no toilet paper, except on the floor. The food choices were very limited. We could only go to the a la carte restaurants 3 times … all other meals had to be in the buffet which was in the other hotel. The food there was always cold and worse than fast food…. Probably the worst food we’d had in Mexico in the last 20 yrs of coming here. Looked the same every day. You had to give the hostess your room number and wait to be seated. I guess they wanted to make sure you only came in one time. At one point, after the hostess seated us in the buffet area, a manager came over to our table to tell my husband that we were in the wrong place and needed to move! Not sure why that happened and we were NOT happy about the scene that was created. I found the hostess and told her what occurred . She got the manager and I asked her why she singled us out about where we were sitting. She had no explanation ! The whole experience at this hotel was unpleasant. I would NOT recommend it to anyone . There are much nicer places in Csncun with much better food and accommodations.

Adoriamo questo hotel e ringraziamo in particolar modo lo staff e Rocio Escovar per aver reso il nostro soggiorno estremamente confortevole e ci hanno fatto sentire i benvenuti! Grazie a lei siamo rimasti due volte più a lungo del previsto e poi siamo tornati per altre due notti. L'oceano è splendido. La sicurezza è buona, il cibo e il servizio del ristorante argentino sono eccellenti. Un piccolo difetto che non ci è piaciuto è che la piscina è aperta solo fino alle 22:00, che per noi è un orario molto breve, visto che ci piace fare una nuotata prima di dormire, e la piscina per adulti potrebbe essere aperta fino a mezzanotte. Sarebbe perfetto. Anche i bambini in una piscina per soli adulti: bisognerebbe essere più severi. Tutto il resto era buono.

Bel hotel All-Inclusive direttamente sulla spiaggia, a pochi passi dal centro turistico di Cancun. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, bella camera d'albergo, bella piscina, area spiaggia molto bella e spaziosa, cibo gustoso nel ristorante a buffet, nella pizzeria e anche nel terzo ristorante. Il ristorante a buffet è troppo piccolo per le dimensioni dell'hotel, ma ci si abitua. La palestra è meglio di niente, ma molto piccola. Nel complesso l'hotel è consigliabile.

Ottimo fronte mare, camere grandi e silenziose

La nostra camera è la 620 con accesso al beach club. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta, vicino a tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno: centro commerciale, ristorante, ospedale, cambiavalute e molto altro! Se avete accesso al beach club, non ve ne pentirete! E le ragazze alla reception sono molto disponibili e gentili, sanno rispondere a tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno! Ho adorato il mio soggiorno al Krystal Urban. Carlos e Itzel sono super gentili! E la colazione è superba!

Ottimo albergo. Prezzi ragionevoli rispetto alla maggior parte di Cancun. Torneremo.

Hotel carino e pulito, situato a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia di Langusta. La mia camera era buona, l'aria condizionata funzionava, il Wi-Fi era buono e la biancheria da letto era di buona qualità. Piscina profonda eccellente, con molti lettini in spiaggia. Buona e semplice colazione a buffet. Il personale è disponibile. Consiglierei questo hotel.
