UUtente ospiteRoom was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.

GGee88The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed there for one night. It's a apartment/hotel. The room was a decent size without the kitchenette area. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff as a usual Lebanese hospitality.
It's located right in front of Falamanki and Bay Rock restaurant. The location is perfect and close to a lot of place, it takes 12 minutes walk to Hamra Street.

KKatrin DRaccomandato. Le camere sono un po 'tornate ma piuttosto decente. Spiaggia. Ci sono diverse piscine, si può nuotare nel mare, ci sono sconti attrezzati, buon mare vicino all'hotel. Dei tutti gli hotel con isole questo hotel ha il miglior prezzo. Abbiamo avuto frutta, acqua, tè, caffè, dolci nella nostra stanza.Non abbiamo fatto colazione.

La camera è deluxe ma vecchia e deve riflettere più luminosità e pulizia.
Rispetto al livello internazionale, l'hotel deve migliorare la pulizia e il controllo della qualità.
Il sostegno è stato positivo e gli sforzi sono stati apprezzati, ma la gestione dell'hotel ha bisogno di investire di più per soddisfare il tasso internazionale equivalente per notte.
Notare che le condizioni del paese sono attualmente in difficoltà e il mantenimento dei servizi di base è quasi impossibile, e l'hotel è riuscito a fornire i fondamenti da acqua/acqua calda, elettricità e A/C quasi 24/7.
Può ordinare la consegna fuori dalla stanza.
Adatto per i tassi competitivi e per i clienti che intendono trascorrere il tempo all'aperto, come per i viaggiatori, i giovani turisti e i clienti regionali.

UUtente ospiteMy only dissapointment was that I didn't book longer. Originally I booked two other hotels for 4 nights before moving here for my final night in Beirut. All were almost equally priced, however, the difference in standards was vast. Napoleon hotel was by far the best. The reception staff were the most professional, well-mannered, efficient and best dressed. The room was the largest by far, including the bed, and had more amenities and newer appliances. The bathroom seemed almost new and was very large, and a bonus addition was the 8th floor balcony. I have no complaints, the only less notbale features were the broken hairdryer, the water taking around 5 minutes to heat and the wifi was a little slow, however, even with these small issues, it was by far the best hotel for the price paid that I stayed at in Lebanon, and I can thoroughly recommend it to all.

I had an absolutely amazing stay.
The room was spotless, the corners were perfectly clean, and the floor was shining the moment I walked in. The bed was very comfortable and the whole room felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out.
The toilets were very tidy, clean, and organized, which added a lot to the comfort of the stay.
The hotel is safe, quiet, and in the best location in Hamra, just steps away from AUBMC, restaurants, and all main attractions.
Great value, great service, and truly exceptional cleanliness.
Honestly, a 10/10 stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again.
