La colazione è molto buona e le strutture sono buone (con giornata di fitness), le camere sono buone
C'è un stilista.
Sento un odore di casa nuova, ma è molto meglio di un motel.

Grande posizione!Solo a pochi passi dalla stazione Dongdaegu e molti cibi noti. Mi sentivo davvero benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno un ringraziamento speciale a Ann, il desk front per la sua gentilezza. Ha anche scritto una carta di benvenuto con un pensiero che mi desiderava meravigliose memorie a Daegu.
Anche se ci sono stati alcuni piccoli disagio, i sorrisi amichevoli e un servizio eccellente da Ann e il resto del personale hanno reso il mio soggiorno eccellente.

Il personale del desk front non era ben addestrato e non poteva rispondere chiaramente alle mie domande. L'hotel beneficia di riparazioni e miglioramenti di servizio per soddisfare i requisiti di cinque stelle, ma la posizione è eccellente e perfetta per camminare intorno al lago.

MMr.TA216I stayed at Hotel Noblestay in Seoul, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel seamlessly blends modern comfort with a touch of Korean elegance, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere.
The location is ideal, situated in the bustling Jongno district, within walking distance of major attractions like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, and Myeongdong. It’s also close to subway stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the modern bathrooms came with high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated the small details like complimentary water, tea, and fast Wi-Fi.
The staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions and ensured my stay was smooth from check-in to check-out.
The breakfast offered a delicious selection of Korean and international dishes, which was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. The dining area was cozy and well-maintained.
Hotel Noblestay offers fantastic value for its central location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations. Whether you’re visiting Seoul for leisure or business, I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

KKUI FEIRecentemente sono rimasto in un hotel a Daegu e ho avuto una splendida esperienza. Una delle migliori cose su questo hotel è la sua posizione strategica è convenientemente circondato da diverse attrazioni turistiche, tutto a passeggiata, rendendo la città molto facile e senza stress.
La stanza era confortevole e ben mantenuta, e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era piacevole.

MM490509****設施：和朋友出去玩訂的家庭房，有兩張很大的雙人床，然後衞生間毛巾，牙刷，牙膏，洗髮水，沐浴露，護髮素，吹風機都很齊全，房間裏有一扇很大的窗户採光通風都很好，還有一張餐桌和椅子
衞生：衞生環境很好，房間沒有異味
服務：一樓大廳很寬敞，可以自助辦理入住，有咖啡機，製冰機，微波爐
環境：酒店的位置不是在臨街的地方，但是離公交車站還是很近的，周圍環境也很靜應該是在居民區，旁邊就是警察局治安沒有問題，但是周圍沒有便利店，有一個小商店應該不是24小時營業的那種，但是總體對酒店還是非常滿意的，很推薦，如果有機會還會再來☺️☺️

MMirageTimeL'hotel è più come un motel. La posizione è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria uscire2 e scendere le scale girare a sinistra a piedi dritto. Se si vuole andare al centro della città, bisogna camminare sulla stazione ferroviaria incrociata circa 10-15min. La stanza è molto grande per il prezzo che paga è ragionevole.

UUtente ospiteI gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean.
Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her.
Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel!
I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future!
If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
