Hotel vicino a Statua di Buddha sulla Scogliera di Sinmudong, Taegu

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole a Prana Hotel a Hyunpoong. L'hotel è molto nuovo e si può immediatamente sentire il design moderno e ben pensato in tutta la proprietà. Tutto è pulito, fresco e mantenuto ad alto livello. La maggior parte delle persone si trovava in una posizione di amicizia - molto fluida in inglese! L'hotel offre anche un parcheggio molto conveniente, che è un grande plus se si viaggia in auto.Inoltre, il centro fitness è ben attrezzato e perfetto per mantenere la routine mentre si ferma lì. Un bel extra è il piccolo bar, che offre un'atmosfera rilassata la sera. Si può godere di una selezione di bevande come birra e gin & tonic, insieme a alcuni snacks un semplice ma molto apprezzato toccare. In generale, Prana Hotel è una scelta eccellente a Hyunpoong se si cerca un soggiorno moderno e confortevole con un servizio eccellente.

Non posso colpire questo ostello. Controllo facile, il proprietario parla bene inglese e è molto utile, l'ostello stesso è molto ben pensato con tutto quello che avete bisogno (c'è anche una camera di trucco nel terzo piano con molti specchi e rettificatori per capelli, nonché asciugacapelli) Lo spazio è molto pulito, grande attrezzatura e spazio pubblico, ed è in posizione ideale. Una delle migliori cose su questo hotel è la sua posizione strategica è convenientemente circondato da diverse attrazioni turistiche, tutto a passeggiata, rendendo la città molto facile e senza stress. La stanza era confortevole e ben mantenuta, e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel era piacevole.

L'hotel è più come un motel. La posizione è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria uscire2 e scendere le scale girare a sinistra a piedi dritto. Se si vuole andare al centro della città, bisogna camminare sulla stazione ferroviaria incrociata circa 10-15min. La stanza è molto grande per il prezzo che paga è ragionevole.

I gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.
