Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

Il resort è piacevole, le camere spaziose e la biancheria da letto perfetta. Arredamento moderno e confortevole. La spiaggia è pulita, con qualche pappatacio attorno alle sdraio. Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole fine settimana.

È un po' isolato, non ci sono tuktuk, quindi è difficile raggiungere altre parti dell'isola (è possibile noleggiare una bicicletta per 15$). Area giochi per bambini nella zona reception/sala da pranzo. . Il servizio e il personale sono molto gentili. Mi sono piaciuti i cappelli e le borse da spiaggia nella stanza. Non mi sono piaciute le cannucce di plastica, spesso davvero inutili (l'isola sembra già avere un enorme problema di plastica).

Soon Noeng Hotel è un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare a Saracen Bay a Koh Rong Sanloem! Il personale è estremamente disponibile e le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate con bollitore e frigorifero. La vista è perfetta con il mare molto vicino e spiagge tranquille e idilliache!

Ottimo resort comodamente posizionato al centro di Saracen bay. La gestione della struttura è professionale e ben organizzata per arrivi/partenze, attenzione al cliente, proposte di attività. C'è una comoda piscina a bordo spiaggia, utile per rinfrescarsi nelle giornate di mare agitato. La spiaggia non è larghissima, per isolarsi un po' dal mondo occorre fare una camminata di 10 minuti o cambiare baia. Il personale è estremamente gentile ed il menù cibo è bevande è ampio, variegato e complessivamente di buona qualità (molto invitante la vetrinetta dei dolci). Assolutamente consigliato.

Novotel Sihanoukville – My Honest Review I recently stayed at Novotel Sihanoukville with my family, and unfortunately, the overall experience was below my expectations. The first issue was the hotel's policy on outside food and drinks. There is a sign clearly stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed. However, it doesn't seem to be enforced. The corridor on my floor was constantly filled with strong food smells, and even my kids' room was affected. The smell became so unpleasant that I had to request the hotel to spray the room. I also noticed that some rooms appeared to have more than five guests staying together. I'm not sure whether the hotel allows this or whether it is being monitored properly. I strictly followed the hotel policy and booked two rooms for my family, so it felt a little unfair if others were not following the same rules. As for the food, both the seafood dinner buffet and breakfast were just average. They were acceptable, but they did not meet the standard I normally expect from an Accor hotel. The room itself was comfortable enough, but the bathroom ventilation needs improvement. Whenever someone used the toilet, the smell spread throughout the entire room because the exhaust ventilation was not effective. The biggest highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel staff. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the reception team to the restaurant staff and the swimming pool bar crew, they consistently provided excellent service. They were the best part of our stay. One major disappointment was the swimming pool. The water did not look clean, and it discouraged me from swimming. This was something I really did not expect from a Novotel property. Overall, I left feeling that the hotel has good potential, especially because of its excellent staff, but the facilities and overall maintenance need improvement. With better enforcement of hotel policies, cleaner facilities, improved ventilation, and higher food quality, I believe the guest experience could be much better. Overall rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Ho prenotato la Family Suite e devo dire che vale ogni centesimo. La camera è spaziosa, la vista è mozzafiato, con vista sul mare e sulla piscina ai piani alti.

Bellissimo resort su una spiaggia molto tranquilla. Il cibo è ottimo e l’attenzione ancora di più. L’unico problema è che è un po’ lontano dal porto dove arriva la barca, quindi si deve organizzare il trasporto con l’hotel in anticipo

Si prega di prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia della stanza. Ambiente migliore.

Ho soggiornato qui per un po'. La camera Studio era buona, pulita e spaziosa. Articoli da toeletta e asciugamani erano forniti. Le camere sono luminose e sembrano nuove; c'è anche un balcone piuttosto spazioso. Anche l'aria condizionata era ottima. Ho apprezzato anche la posizione, vicino alla spiaggia: l'hotel si trova proprio accanto al centro commerciale U Mall di Sihanoukville. C'è una cucina ben attrezzata, con piano cottura a induzione, bollitore e frigorifero, posate e utensili da cucina. Inoltre, se si cerca un posto dove soggiornare più a lungo, potrebbe non essere il posto giusto. Cercavo tranquillità, ed era perfetta. Pagamenti con carta disponibili con un bancomat proprio dietro l'angolo.
