PProkOutstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026)
I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience.
From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed.
All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable.
One thing I really appreciated was the generosity:
• Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free
• The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu
• They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture
The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained.
I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia.
I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations

Hheath****L'hotel è circondato da una foresta pluviale tropicale da un lato e da una spiaggia dall'altro. La posizione è ottima e molto privata. Ci sono due piscine, una sulla spiaggia. È fantastica per scattare foto o giocare con i bambini la spiaggia è così amichevole per i bambini. Ampie aree sono secche, che sono molto sicure e divertenti. È anche molto gratificante prendere il mare. I kayak e i paddle board forniti gratuitamente dall'hotel aggiungono molto divertimento vicino all'hotel sono particolarmente divertenti.Abbiamo noleggiato una barca per galleggiare sul mare.I bambini adoravano le immersioni subacquee e la pesca in mare, quindi sono andati di nuovo in mare, abbiamo incontrato il personale dell'hotel stavamo pescando in mare in vacanza e ci hanno invitato a grigliare il pesce sulla barca. Il cibo in hotel è delizioso e il personale è estremamente cordiale Anche se siamo rimasti per quasi una settimana, i bambini non sopportavano ancora di andarsene Sceglieremo sicuramente questo hotel la prossima volta che verremo!

WWilliam Charles SmelserOverall, a pretty nice resort on a Cambodian island. While the employees can be a little slow and inattentive, they get the job done. Breakfast is ok and the food is pretty good. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable. If you want to go somewhere and sit on the beach and have drinks, this place is ideal - calm atmosphere, comfortable beach chairs, and beautiful ocean. The resort is on one end of a large beach and you can walk 20-30 minutes down to a store and a few other establishments. This place also has a good pool that is surprisingly deep. I was there by myself, but I think it’s best for families or couples (there were other single people at the resort and on the beach). I would have no problems staying here again.

VVadimir RainBeh, che dire, proprio come in quella storia, tutto è iniziato così bene))) bella gente, un posto suggestivo, e il servizio è così così: in primo luogo, non hanno nemmeno offerto il trasferimento dal molo a l'hotel e ritorno al molo, ho camminato lungo la spiaggia con una valigia. Al momento del pagamento, si è scoperto che sul conto erano stati aggiunti $ 27. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel al mattino è sporca, non pulita e in parte nella spazzatura del bar. Rumore dal soffitto, la sera e dalle 5 del mattino (!) rumore dietro il soffitto, i gattini venivano fatti uscire sul tetto e giocavano... prenotando una camera nelle opzioni - vista giardino, si è scoperto che era vista sul recinto dei vicini, musica al bar fino alle 23:00, il personale inizia a lavorare alle 17:30 e comunica ad alta voce. Il bar non sa fare i cocktail; il classico pinot calada è stato trasformato in liquido con scaglie di latte di cocco.

CCedar333Il primo giorno di andamento, dopo un'ora di Wifi, la cellulare dell'isola di Golong non ha segnali, quindi Xiaolong può usare Wifi dell'hotel e chiedere al personale della reception quando può essere riparata. Il supporto dice che la zona è rotta, quindi trovare un altro bar spiaggia Wu Wifi lungo la spiaggia. Il WiFi è stato riparato fino alla mattina successiva, ma ho scoperto che il clima e la camera erano rotti. La manutenzione dell'apparecchiatura era davvero molto scarsa. Volevo vivere ancora una notte. Dopo tutto, la sok San Beach Pesha dell'hotel era bella e poche persone, ma l'apparecchiatura mi ha portato a perdere la fiducia in questo hotel e a cambiare un altro resort. L'isola di motocicletta è stata affittata, e la sera quando la moto è stata ancora chiusa, ho scoperto che l'hotel era di nuovo in arresto. Non c'era nessuna receptionista. Noise is a little issue , I could hear every word of my neighbors .I could even hear my neighbor snoring . sound isolation is very poor . one night , I guess my other neighbors complained about me , having the TV running on moderate volume , they were banging on the wall . But my TV was really not loud , no music , only watching news .
Another thing is the pool area . The area is big , pool is nice and cold . Sunbeds are in the shadow though from morning until afternoon , cause the building itself is blocking the sun . And pool area should be a place to relax , enjoy peace and quiet in privacy . But there is constant coming and going of staff , using the pool area as a link from motorbike parking to hotel building . There is garbage to transport out of the building , laundry , deliveries are made through the pool area . Staff are coming and leaving . If you are lying there , belly exposed , you want to have a minimal level of privacy . But you'll have fully dressed people walking beside you every other minute . you will find no quite relaxation , the vibe feels more like a train station . The hotel should have built a separate service corridor for staff and deliveries next to the pool area .security is using the seating area next to the pool to have a long conversation on his walkie talkie .
Sometimes there is music playing from the bar at the pool . But it's not that some clever mind designed a suitable playlist of background music .it seems like whoever is working at the bar can make music using their personal smartphone . Music gets stopped in the middle of a song , to chose a different song . Sometimes you hear a notification sound cause the phone received some message . The music gets turned off and and on randomly. No place to relax . The photos were taken in a time span of under 10 minutes
Balcony was cleaned only once in my 3 weeks stay . For me personally no big deal , but in an hotel that charges 45$ or more , I would expect a little more care .

UUtente ospiteMy friends told me that this place is not what it used to be. I didn't like the manager's attitude towards me as a tenant. On the first day, I asked to extend my stay for one night, and he came to me without warning. I was eating at the time. Secondly, there is no soundproofing here. Every conversation you have will be heard from the hallway. Also, if for some reason you need to go to bed late, be prepared to be woken up early. The bedding really leaves something to be desired, but I had my own bedding. The kitchen area had good ventilation. All the dishes are provided. There is a pot, but no stove. My sink drain was clogged with someone else's hair. It had been there for so long that mold had formed on it, but no one was going to clean it up, so I did. I'm not a pig, and I'm not going to live in filth. The bathroom is extremely small. Bathrooms like this need a different kind of renovation, not the one that's currently being done. What upset me the most was the moment of my eviction. I notified the manager of my departure time a day in advance. It was fixed. He asked me twice because I wrote a complicated sentence in English. I should have used simpler English. But the next day, when I was checking out, I asked to be escorted to my car because I had a lot of bags. But the manager said he was not at the hotel and there was no one there at the moment. No one could help me. I am a strong girl. It is not difficult for me to cope with this on my own. The problem was that when the car arrived, the security guard said he would not allow me to load my belongings into the car without confirmation of my eviction. And I wasted my time waiting for clarification of the circumstances. On the positive side, I liked that the pool was always warm and very large. There is also a shopping center nearby.
