Hotel incredibile, bellissime camere e pulite, personale super disponibile, ottima location, bellissima l'onsen e altissima la qualità della colazione e del ramen gratuito dopo cena. Super consigliato!

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione di Matsumoto e a molti ristoranti. Buon servizio e molti comfort, ma non c'è acqua da bere, ma c'è una macchina per il ghiaccio. È vicino al supermercato per famiglie.

Dal fondo del mio cuore vorrei esprimere la mia gratitudine a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Il vostro duro lavoro è inestimabile! Tutto nell'hotel è fatto con amore e cura. Ogni pezzo di mobili è nel suo posto. Tutto è armonioso e magnifico! Il servizio è impeccabile. Il gelato morbido e le bevande di benvenuto per gli ospiti del lobby hanno reso la nostra aspettativa di cena piacevole guardando un bel sole là. Il pranzo era sorprendente con i suoi piatti delicati e i suoi servi politi. Il bagno all'aperto e le camere stupende per le donne con finestre da pavimento a tetto da dove si può vedere il bagno stesso sono meravigliosi! Non avrei mai sentito un'atmosfera così tranquilla in un ryokan prima.

Affascinante camera in stile tradizionale, deliziosa colazione e cena, servizio navetta da e per il centro città, e servizio, cordialità e ospitalità come non ne ho mai sperimentati. Lo staff si preoccupa davvero di rendere il tuo soggiorno il più piacevole e rilassante possibile. Sono orgogliosi del loro ryokan e della loro città, e vogliono che tu ami queste cose tanto quanto loro. Lo consiglierei, ci tornerei.

In the second day of hotel, we planned out trip to the castle, shopping street, and the Japanese alps area. So we had breakfast early and went to the station to meet our guide. After coming back from the trip, we took taxi again to the hotel. When we booked our trip to the station from the hotel, we realized that the hotel provided frequent trips to and from the station. As we were tired, we went to onsen, which was provided by the hotel. It was a free service or included in the stay, I think. The onsen is located in another big hotel and the bus ride took 30 minutes. There were many people from many hotels going together to the onsen hotel. The onsen was pretty big, two indoor pools and two outdoor pools. We enjoyed the warm water and relaxed. The bus brought us back to the hotel at 9 pm. The hotel gave new towels and other supplies in the door of our room as we didn’t have a cleaning service in the morning. Anyway, the hotel restaurant is good and the free shuttle bus service is exceptional as no reservation was necessary. I will visit this hotel again when we travel to Matsumoto next time.

L'hotel ha un odore strano nell'ascensore e nel lobby quando è entrato nell'edificio. Honestly, I can't praise this place enough. The owners are a really lovely couple; very welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are great - plenty of space and all the amenities you need for a short stay. The onsen is just the best - it's a private one that you can lock the door to and have to yourself for as long as you can cope with the hot water! But the *food* - wow! The food is absolutely fantastic and expertly cooked. Honestly, I've eaten in Michelin starred restaurants with food that wasn't as good as this. On top of that, at our first evening meal, we found that the message hadn't been relayed about my wife being a pescatarian. Anywhere else that might have been a problem, but within twenty-five minutes an entire new fish meal had been prepared and served - and was absolutely amazing. We were SO impressed. Also, what a truly beautiful location. Oh yes, and they have *monkeys*!! They wandered past the property in the evening and wandered back the next morning. I'm trying to name anything negative and I honestly can't - the closest thing I can think of is that the property is hard to locate and you definitely need a car to get there, but if you can get there, do - it was one of two equal-best places we've stayed at in Japan.
