KKeshMahinder SinghLa mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto un breve soggiorno in questo hotel.Abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera e Shalini, la persona che ha preso il nostro ordine al telefono era molto accogliente alle nostre esigenze specifiche alle 10 p.m.
Poi è arrivato il servizio in camera più impressionante che abbiamo mai visto entrambi. Aditya, ha preso così tanto orgoglio personale per la sua preparazione e ci ha servito. In genere, ci viene consegnato un troll con cibo all’interno e si attende di servirci. Ma questo bel giovane *** ha fatto il nostro pranzo tardivo speciale.
Abbiamo saltato il colazione, ma abbiamo avuto il loro pranzo buffet.Che grande e appetito diffuso ....
Ancora una volta, il servizio era buono come il cibo. Sono eccezionali !!
Il capo Sandeep ci ha preso in particolare, e ha visto che avevamo preso la Saag (spinach), così è venuto a dire che doveva andare a prendere la Saag. In pochi minuti, abbiamo fatto la nuova Makki Di Roti al nostro tavolo. La persona che ci ha servito al ristorante del Del era Nikhil. Molto attento, amichevole e veloce per servirci.
Kudos all'hotel per infusione di un profondo senso di buon servizio e di ottima qualità alimentare.

La camera è molto pulita e silenziosa; il letto è molto comodo con diversi tipi di cuscini: morbidi e duri, un'ottima combinazione.

Potrebbe essere un po' difficile trovare il posto perché Google Maps non lo indica (cercate l'Hotel Ambrosia nelle vicinanze). La cena (inclusa nel prezzo) era davvero deliziosa. Non ho avuto modo di provare la colazione a causa del check-out anticipato.

UUtente ospiteThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

IilpMy review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic).
The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay.
Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)...
Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always)....
Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news.
Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

Li ho chiesto di organizzare un taxi per prendere, e il taxi era un po' brutto chiedendo perché non prendo un taxi già all'aeroporto. Quando arrivarono, mi sovraccaricarono per taxi e camera, ma ero troppo stanco per discutere con loro (taxi dovrebbe essere 200, paga 800, camera dovrebbe essere 1650 rupie, ma in totale paga 3500 inc).

UUtente anonimoThe hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.
