作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

Hotel classico 40 anni nel cuore di Hyderabad e un hotel amico della famiglia con grandi strutture. Il cibo è grande e vicino ai negozi e agli uffici. Grande per le famiglie.

La palestra è stata impiccata al retro, quindi c'era privacy e le palestra si trovavano davanti alla piscina. Bella atmosfera. La stanza era un po'di stupidità, ma il personale è stato estremamente attento e attento. La colazione era diffusa.

Hotel molto pulito, la camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Servizio eccellente, colazione molto varia e servizio auto molto comodo. Lo staff molto disponibile ed efficiente. Consiglio.

While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick. The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

Il check-in è stato buono, veloce e efficiente La stanza era pulita ma il frigorifero non era nemmeno freddo , non può nemmeno avere un drink freddo Bottle water was given which is good Il colazione è stato l'80% di cibo indiano che probabilmente serve per ospiti locali o indiani non internazionali così aveva principalmente tosta, frutta e uova Il personale di servizio tende a dimenticare i vostri ordini, quindi è necessario ripetere o dire qualche volta Potrebbe averlo migliorato Il personale di ricezione è stato utile

Godetevi il soggiorno, buona struttura, oggetti di camera mancavano e devono chiedere per i prodotti , Reserva online , conferma che dobbiamo presentare e chiedere colazione , e il ricevitore deve ottenere l' approvazione del gestore ogni volta ,
