Hotel vicino a B. M. Birla Planetarium, Hyderabad

Un hotel fantastico con un servizio eccellente. Il palazzo principale è fantastico e storico. Il soggiorno include un tour gratuito, yoga, concerto tradizionale e tè pomeriggio. Il pranzo era molto bello, anche se costoso, e non è possibile ordinare cibo dall'esterno. Tuttavia, come trattamento speciale, ero felice di pagare e il cibo era grande. Premio per il cibo vincente. La visita era eccellente, e tutto il personale si è spostato dal loro modo di essere d’aiuto. Al colazione c’era musica in diretta, e mi hanno offerto anche un colazione di champagne. L’arrivo del cavallo e del camion è stato un’ulteriore grande sorpresa. Molto consiglio di rimanere qui. Ho avuto la fortuna di rimanere in alcuni diversi Taj Hotel in tutta l'India, e questo è stato di gran lunga il migliore che abbia mai avuto. Non volevo andarmene!

作為一個經常出差的人士來説，選擇酒店對我非常重要。我很少做出評價，但是對這家酒店我必須要做出評價： 首先在預訂酒店的時候，我要求房間需要安靜的房間，但是等我入住之後，我發現我的房間是面對着城際鐵路，並且運行到12點，房間非常嘈雜。電話前台之後要求更換房間，他們説需要20分鐘的時間，但是我等了20分鐘之後他們依舊沒有到達。在我再次電話他們要求必須立刻馬上更換的時候，他們3分鐘就可以做出解決，這個證明他們沒有真正的在乎客户的感受。 其次在到達新的房間之後，房間的枱燈是壞的，我再次等待了30分鐘來更換枱燈。 最後，點餐的時候，點了個素菜，第一次服務員忘記點，在第二次點了之後催了他們三次，在等待一個半小時之後，素菜終於上來了，可是我已經早就吃完了。酒店工作人員表示很抱歉可以免單，但是我沒有要求免單，衹是需要退掉這個菜而已。第二天的早晨，廚師長在餐廳等我，表示非常抱歉，送出一份小小禮物。我對此很感謝，但是這依舊錶示這家酒店的上餐服務非常的慢，這嚴重影響了客人的時間。 希望酒店可以做出改進！

The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela. The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room. Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing. The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

L'hotel ha una grande esperienza da parte di un uomo, ha un servizio eccellente, le camere sono state pulite e ben mantenute, l'atmosfera generale è stata accogliente e confortevole. Tutto superava le aspettative molto raccomandato e sarebbe felice di tornare in qualsiasi momento.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The location is convenient and easily accessible, which made traveling around very easy. The overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The food was also good with decent variety. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Hotel molto pulito, la camera spaziosa e letto comodo. Servizio eccellente, colazione molto varia e servizio auto molto comodo. Lo staff molto disponibile ed efficiente. Consiglio.

I stayed here for 3 days for TTF. I must say it was an overall good experience.
