Hotel vicino a Città Vecchia, Cochin

Un hotel piuttosto nuovo, con camere limitate, ma il servizio più che compensa qualsiasi svantaggio. Personale molto amichevole, buffet decente offerto, buona posizione se si cerca pace e tranquillità, e situato proprio vicino a un buon centro commerciale. In tutto, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno

Tutti i dipendenti sorprendenti , non potevano fare abbastanza per voi , grazie a capo Sunil kumar, Rajesh , Nikhil, akshay, Minish, Prakash, Deepak, sujit, Kartik, Ashwin.Dipankar Molto pulito, ha tutto quello che ti serve, grande varietà di cibo e grande colazione, sarebbe molto consigliabile

The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, organized, and provided a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others for its cleanliness, comfort, and good service.

Ha avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole a quattro punti da Sheraton Kochi Infopark. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben mantenute, con letti confortevoli e buona luce. Le strutture erano eccellenti soprattutto la piscina, lo sportello e l'atmosfera generale della proprietà. Il personale era cordiale e responsivo, rendendo l’ispezione e la permanenza tranquilla. La posizione è perfetta se si lavora intorno a Infopark, con facile accesso e minima disturbo del traffico. In generale, una grande opzione per i soggiorni sia di lavoro che di famiglia. Sicuramente consigliere e visitare di nuovo.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

spazio pulito e pulito, le strutture che sono menzionate in MakeMyTrip sono soddisfatte. Specialmente ci sono i dipendenti hanno buon comportamento. Qualsiasi requisito necessario in qualsiasi momento senza alcuna esitazione lo fanno. Apprezzi veramente che 👍

Per questo prezzo un ottimo hotel, con un'ottima colazione e cucina. Il bagno era datato e avrebbe potuto essere più pulito.

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
