Un hotel piuttosto nuovo, con camere limitate, ma il servizio più che compensa qualsiasi svantaggio. Personale molto amichevole, buffet decente offerto, buona posizione se si cerca pace e tranquillità, e situato proprio vicino a un buon centro commerciale. Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!

Vivanta Ernakulam è un bel hotel situato in un ambiente naturale vicino al mare. La vista sul mare dalla stanza è assolutamente stupenda, soprattutto la sera. Il personale è altamente professionale e esperto. Rispetto ad altri hotel, tutto qui è molto più veloce sono il servizio in camera, l’ingresso o l’uscita. Il lavastoviglie Raj, mi ha anche ricordato i tempi di raccolta quando ho completamente dimenticato di chiedere. Il cibo è delizioso con una grande varietà di opzioni. In generale, consiglio fortemente questo hotel. E 'un luogo perfetto per godere la bellezza naturale di Kerala ***** con splendide viste urbane.

The Hotel is located near the museum apart from it rest everything is a bit away. But taxis n rickshaws are pretty affordable in kochi. Thr is a bus stop near by which is handy.  The offer with breakfast and lunch/dinner is awesome and helps a lot by saving time as thr are not many restaurants around the hotel.  The staff are super friendly and always take care of you and willing to help you. The restaurant staff are extremely helpful and provide great service...overall a good place to stay for the price...

Ha avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole a quattro punti da Sheraton Kochi Infopark. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e ben mantenute, con letti confortevoli e buona luce. Le strutture erano eccellenti soprattutto la piscina, lo sportello e l'atmosfera generale della proprietà. Il personale era cordiale e responsivo, rendendo l’ispezione e la permanenza tranquilla. La posizione è perfetta se si lavora intorno a Infopark, con facile accesso e minima disturbo del traffico. In generale, una grande opzione per i soggiorni sia di lavoro che di famiglia. Sicuramente consigliere e visitare di nuovo.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

Per questo prezzo un ottimo hotel, con un'ottima colazione e cucina. Il bagno era datato e avrebbe potuto essere più pulito.

Sapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay. Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
