Hotel vicino a Museo Crafts, Nuova Delhi

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maidens Hotel, Delhi with my wife and our 17-month-old daughter, and it has truly been the finest hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we entered, the entire team made us feel like family. Every staff member is courteous, warm, and genuinely hospitable. The front desk is always welcoming with a smile, and I’ll especially remember Aijaz, who greeted us so kindly, and the GM, Prachi, who personally extended her warmth. Housekeeping, security, restaurant staff and every single person here has a helping mentality that sets this property apart. Our room was nothing short of spectacular; spacious, beautifully maintained, full of thoughtful amenities, and carrying a fragrance that instantly makes you feel at home. We had a luggage room, a drawing room, and a wonderfully decorated washroom. The welcome fruits and cakes were such a delightful surprise, something very few hotels still practice. There was even a little cutey bed prepared just for our daughter, which melted our hearts. What touched us most, were the gestures for our little girl. Housekeeping left her personalized cushions and adorable plush toys; ‘act of kindness’ that go far beyond duty. Seeing her cuddle up with a cushion embroidered with her name, and play with the toys thoughtfully arranged on her bed, was pure magic. These are the kind of memories we’ll treasure forever, and I’ll make sure she knows how dearly she was cared for here when she grows older. The dining experience was equally outstanding. Executive Chef Jashan Arora is beyond my praising capacity, a beautiful mind whose generosity and care cannot be overstated. Jashan even stood there during our departure, a gesture that shows the depth of his character and the heart he puts into his work. He personally ensured that our baby’s meals were made exactly how we wanted, often even better, and the dinners we had were delicious. The buffet breakfast was served alongside a green lawn where I had morning walks with my daughter, a picture-perfect start to each day. This heritage property itself is breathtaking. Maidens Hotel has preserved its timeless architecture and charm so beautifully that every corner feels picturesque, walking through it is like stepping back into history, yet with every modern comfort in place. There is truly nothing I can complain about here. If anything, my only regret is that I couldn’t do anything for the people who made our stay so memorable. To Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, the restaurant team, housekeeping, security, and everyone else, you have my heartfelt gratitude. This hotel has set a standard that others should learn from. It is, without doubt, the best hotel I have stayed in, and I look forward to returning again. Until then, I’ll miss you all dearly.

Hotel nuovo di pacca molto comodo se uno deve stare vicino al aeroporto! Staffa molto competente

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera è molto pulita e silenziosa; il letto è molto comodo con diversi tipi di cuscini: morbidi e duri, un'ottima combinazione. Il bagno è pulito e la doccia è molto potente. Ottima colazione a buffet! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, dalla guardia di sicurezza all'ingresso, al personale della reception e al personale del ristorante. Tutti molto cordiali, cordiali e disponibili! Prince alla reception e Biru al buffet della colazione sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili! Molto apprezzati. Non lontano dalla stazione della metropolitana Aerocity (15-20 minuti a piedi), che è la stazione successiva all'aeroporto. Tuttavia, la zona esterna sembra poco raccomandabile. Potrebbe essere un po' difficile trovare il posto perché Google Maps non lo indica (cercate l'Hotel Ambrosia nelle vicinanze). La cena (inclusa nel prezzo) era davvero deliziosa. Non ho avuto modo di provare la colazione a causa del check-out anticipato.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. This isn't your typical sterile airport hotel. Exceptional Service: The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions. Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel. Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining. Potential Drawbacks: Price Point: As a luxury hotel, Hotel Luxe Manor comes with a higher price tag. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience. Noise (Potentially): While well-insulated, some guests might be sensitive to occasional airport noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor or facing away from the airport can help mitigate this. Limited ”Local” Experience: Being so close to the airport, you might not get a strong sense of the local culture. However, the hotel's concierge can assist in arranging day trips and excursions.
