CChrysaWe booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service.
Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them.
I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away.
They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience.
I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future.

UUtente ospiteIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

SSusi PTutto era grande, pulito, e le piscine erano meravigliose. Questa era la quarta volta che ero a Sangria, e mi piaceva sempre.
La vista è bella, e la piscina d'acqua calda o il jacuzzi è un grande bonus.

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

I dipendenti dell'hotel sono anche amichevoli e utili con le informazioni di cui hai bisogno sulla strada per la Grande Asia Africa, casa agricola, ecc. I miei figli sono felici di nuotare fino a tardi, anche se la piscina è già chiusa.

UUtente anonimoLembang asri semakin melakukan banyak kemajuan. Front office baru. Kamar2 byk yg diperbaharui. Cuma untuk wifi signalnya masih kurang bagus. Air panas juga panasnya tidak stabil. Kebetulan kami memilih kamar junior suite. Untuk wifi mungkin bs ditambahkan, agar signal lebih bagus lagi. Air panas agar panasnya stabil. Pintu2 depan agar lebih diperhatikan ada yg perlu diperbaiki atau di cat ulang agar lebih bagus lagi. Utk toilet bisa diberikan pengharum/kamper biar tidak bau toilet, karena kamar saya bau toiletnya masuk ke kamar tidur. Selebihnya selalu puas nginep di lembang asri. Karena udara yg sejuk.

BBitfoyleSaung Balibu Hotel has just average standard rooms. Hotel cleanliness standards are just okays . Not a great experience. Breakfast Food is just fried rice with omelet or chicken and tea, not much options available for breakfast... Hotel has no AC in most of the rooms. Provided hot water facility. Hotel is located in outer of lembang that's why very close to many champing areas and forest areas... Just a Budget hotel.

UUtente anonimoIt was our second time and it worse. The tent had holes so we asked for tapes to cover it — to avoid leak if it rains. The blanket was ragged, pillows are smelly. Good thing that night wasn’t rainy bcos in the morning it was raining and we suddenly had a pool inside our tent. Our first time we got free upgrade to luxury tent and it was good. We were so surprised that the superior tent we got was that bad.

AAries JonathanPlease just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.
overall okay.
