UUtente ospiteLa colazione e il suo servizio sono stati eccellenti.
Le camere erano ben progettate e ben pensate.
Avrei preferito che ci fossero alternative per il cibo la sera, o persino un negozio per comprare cibo da riscaldare nelle stanze.
Tuttavia, la posizione è secondaria a nessuno.

OOllieSSituazione fantastica. Attaccato alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro commerciale. Camere molto pulite e confortevoli.
Il colazione era disturbato. Non si disturba di nuovo. Spogliarsi di soldi. Il menu del ristorante sembrava troppo costoso, considerando che ci sono circa 10 ristoranti fuori dalla porta dell'hotel, quindi non l'ha usato.

UUtente ospiteI stayed overnight in Aberdeen and chose the Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel for its convenient location near Union Square and the train station. While some areas of the hotel reflect its age and could benefit from modernization, the rooms were still comfortable and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff and concierge were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and warmth more than made up for any shortcomings in the facilities, and they left a very positive lasting impression on my experience

CClar65The Chester is close to town and a quality hotel that we suspect would be rated higher if it had the gym and pool and spa that many five star hotels have. But, they are not needed. The room was a good size, with all necessary facilities. The common areas of the restaurant are of high standard and the food was excellent. Our room had a couple of minor issues. The shower door leaked a littlw, but caused no problem. The deadlock on the door dod not engage, but we were not concerned as there was a locked door between our door and the public areas. We will happily use again, particularly as the prices were reasonable and the standards and quality were very good in our experience.

UUtente ospiteMi sono davvero divertito con la camera da vapore e la sauna. Vicino a fermate di autobus, è stato conveniente andare intorno. Distanze passeggiabili dalla strada costiera Aberdeenshire, che era molto bello nonostante le strade molto strette (foto attaccato). Il cibo era un po' costoso dal ristorante.

Aberdeen House is fantastic value for money. I stayed for 3 nights on the second floor, the room was clean, comfortably warm and despite being located on a major road the outdoor noise was minimal and did not disturb sleep.
Staff were helpful and offered to clean the room daily. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and sachets of uht milk and sugar in the room.
What makes Aberdeen House stand out is it's location, directly opposite the train and intercity coach station and around the corner from the ferry terminal for the Orkney and Shetland Isles. It is also directly opposite Union Square Shopping Mall with international brand shops and wide choice of cafes and restaurants and a Cineworld cinema. There are also a wide range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

UUtente ospiteWent for breakfast, the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant, staff did not know how to switch the alarm off, everyone stayed in the room, staff continued to work. After 10/15 minutes I went to Premier Inn reception to complain as the noise was deafening. The manager had to go the the restaurant to ask the breakfast guests to leave and organise how to switch the alarm off. She apologies and refunded our breakfast cost, good for her. But where is the staff weekly training. There could have been a real fire and they were clueless.

Abbiamo fatto un giro in questo hotel e ci hanno offerto una scelta di 2 camere - una con un tappeto bagnato soffocante (sono appena lavati) o una luce di bagno rotta. Non c'erano altre stanze disponibili, quindi andammo a prendere il tappeto bagnato e chiedemmo ai pantaloni di tenere i piedi secchi. Quando andammo a colazione ci fu detto che la cucina era chiusa così aveva un piccolo colazione continentale molto di base (claramente da un supermercato locale). Il personale era amichevole e scusante, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna scommessa o rimborso e certamente non ci ripreseremo.

Stayed here for one night with my wife and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A comfortable place to stay, perfect for visiting the castle nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!
