Hotel vicino a Parco Hazlehead, Aberdeen

Hotel fantastico in grande posizione di Aberdeen. Ci piaceva avere una piccola cucina con lavastoviglie per cibo di base. Camera molto pulita e decente dimensione. Il personale era molto amichevole.

Il personale era così bello. Ho preso il mio cane che amavano e ho avuto una bella stanza, così bello e tranquillo. La doccia era grande, il letto era così comodo. Caffè libero la mattina che era felice! È stato così bello scendere per sedersi e raffreddare, davvero bello vibrazioni e solo sentirsi completamente rilassato e a casa. Probabilmente uno dei migliori hotel che ho soggiornato, assolutamente amato rimanere qui. Sicuramente resterà ancora!

I stayed overnight in Aberdeen and chose the Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel for its convenient location near Union Square and the train station. While some areas of the hotel reflect its age and could benefit from modernization, the rooms were still comfortable and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff and concierge were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their professionalism and warmth more than made up for any shortcomings in the facilities, and they left a very positive lasting impression on my experience

The Chester is close to town and a quality hotel that we suspect would be rated higher if it had the gym and pool and spa that many five star hotels have. But, they are not needed. The room was a good size, with all necessary facilities. The common areas of the restaurant are of high standard and the food was excellent. Our room had a couple of minor issues. The shower door leaked a littlw, but caused no problem. The deadlock on the door dod not engage, but we were not concerned as there was a locked door between our door and the public areas. We will happily use again, particularly as the prices were reasonable and the standards and quality were very good in our experience.

Ottima struttura. Un po’ carente la spiegazione del parcheggio al check in (chi arriva per la prima volta è parecchio spaesato e sarebbe utile un aiuto)

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this hotel. The most important thing is that taxis can't pull up to the hotel because there's a sign on the roundabout next to the hotel prohibiting parking and a £10 fine. I ordered a taxi and waited in the hotel lobby. No one from the staff informed me about this. The taxi almost left without me, and as a result, I would have missed the helicopter departing for the platform. Secondly, I think the standard of your breakfast is important not only to me. I really have five times more choice at work. Unfortunately, I decided not to stay at your hotel anymore to avoid stress.

L'hotel è stato bello con una grande stanza e personale utile. Non sono un fan del bagno con una tenda da doccia, ma questo è probabilmente il mio unico negativo.

Non è una grande esperienza! Abbiamo fatto un giro in questo hotel e ci hanno offerto una scelta di 2 camere - una con un tappeto bagnato soffocante (sono appena lavati) o una luce di bagno rotta. Non c'erano altre stanze disponibili, quindi andammo a prendere il tappeto bagnato e chiedemmo ai pantaloni di tenere i piedi secchi. Quando andammo a colazione ci fu detto che la cucina era chiusa così aveva un piccolo colazione continentale molto di base (claramente da un supermercato locale). Il personale era amichevole e scusante, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna scommessa o rimborso e certamente non ci ripreseremo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed here for one night with my wife and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. A comfortable place to stay, perfect for visiting the castle nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!
