Hotel vicino a Facoltà di Farmacia di Tolosa, Tolosa

Hotel meraviglioso proprio nel centro della città, vicino a tutto. L'hotel è bellissimo, la decorazione eccellente. Il letto è una bella, comoda (delle migliori che ho provato in un lungo periodo), i vestiti da letto e gli asciugamani sono di buona qualità e la doccia è fantastica. Offre un colazione completo con prodotto di qualità in una sala molto cocktail. Possibilita' di parcheggio (pagando) e il personale è molto gentile e attento. Caffè e te gratis in reception e caffè nespresso in camera. Se torno a Toulouse, tornerò al Alfred Hotrl Centre Wilson! Grazie per tutto e felicita' per questa meravigliosa hotel

Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e super disponibile. L'hotel è più in un quartiere che in centro, ma essendo americano (non fluente nella lingua) e lì da solo per lavoro, mi sono sempre sentito al sicuro e ritornerei sicuramente in quell'hotel 😊.

I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV. However, there were several drawbacks. We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.
