Hotel vicino a Tolosa Nord, Tolosa

Very well located within approx 15mins from train station, and 3mins to airport bus stop. Also easy to walk to all tourist hot spots and shops/restaurants. Very friendly all receptionists, specially Nada was great with helping me check public transportation to out of town tourist spots. Request for a a quiet room was met. Air con large firm bed very soft pillows, small but functional shower toilet room with on the wall cleansing creams etc. Facing inner court yrd with small window so can let in freash air if needed. Room might be on tight side if got very big luggage. For the location and welcoming reception, defo recommend.

Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e super disponibile. L'hotel è più in un quartiere che in centro, ma essendo americano (non fluente nella lingua) e lì da solo per lavoro, mi sono sempre sentito al sicuro e ritornerei sicuramente in quell'hotel 😊.

I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

Il cibo non mi è piaciuto, ma tutto il resto era eccellente: una cucina ben attrezzata, biancheria da letto molto comoda, una camera ampia e piacevole e una pulizia impeccabile. Non ho dormito sul lato strada, quindi non c'era rumore. Non esiterei a tornarci.

L'hotel è ben posizionato e centrale. Nel mio caso, la camera che mi è stata assegnata era accanto al buffet e aveva una finestra che si affacciava su un cortile interno, quindi se non riuscite a dormire con il rumore, potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Personalmente, penso che sia un hotel adatto a chi viaggia solo per una camera. Se dovessi tornare in città, probabilmente lo sceglierei di nuovo.

We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV. However, there were several drawbacks. We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.

This was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.
