Hotel vicino a Brno - centre, Brno

We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno.

The hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is above average. Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok. Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea. Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti e in generale, è stato un buon soggiorno. Bella stanza, buona posizione e tranquillità. Dal momento che Brno è una città molto piccola, l'hotel si trova a piedi da quasi ovunque nella città, tra cui la stazione ferroviaria e l'Università di Masaryk. Raccomando vivamente Hotel Europa a tutti coloro che desiderano soggiornare a Brno.

Mi è piaciuto molto mentre ero all'hotel. Grande posizione dal centro città e autobus diretto (no.67) davanti all'hotel. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto ben formati. Il colazione era sorprendente 👏 😋 così tante scelte che ero pieno ogni mattina. I cereali, muffin, pancake, succo, ham, formaggio, tè, caffè, bacon, salsa, fette, uova scrambled, uova poached, steamed vegetables, dai prodotti lattiero-caseari, yogurt, frutta, anche salsicce e condimenti erano molto dettagliati. La cena era anche buona. Abbiamo bevuto al ristorante la notte, servivano bevande prima delle 11:00. Molto consigliato di rimanere a Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum.

L'hotel era chiuso al nostro arrivo, ma ci hanno detto che avremmo alloggiato all'hotel congressuale accanto all'OREA. Un hotel incantevole e molto moderno all'interno. La colazione era incredibile!

L'appartamento è molto vicino al terminale degli autobus e alla maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche, ha anche un ascensore, che è molto conveniente, e la camera è spaziosa e pulita. L'unico aspetto deludente è che è stato difficile trovare qualcuno in fretta quando abbiamo avuto un problema. Se la gestione migliora il suo servizio clienti, l'appartamento sarebbe come un hotel a cinque stelle! Certamente torno indietro.
