Hotel a Brno, Repubblica Ceca

La stanza è pulita e igienica. La posizione geografica è buona. Vicino alla stazione di autobus, vicino alle attrazioni e alle aree centrali, il personale è molto entusiasta. La prossima volta avremo l'opportunità di scegliere di nuovo di soggiornare.

Sono stato qui due notti. L’hotel è a due passi dal centro, non male come posizione. Fermata del tram a 200 metri. Camere rinnovate recentemente molto pulite e personale cortese. Ristoranti nei dintorni molto buoni. Ottima la colazione varia e abbondante. Prezzi economici se rapportati con l’offerta. Parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst on business , Very nice and in a great location with the main old town out the back and the castle out the front Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, Very good selection of food for breakfast with both hot and cold dishes Only a 10 minute walk from train station as well so very convenient!! Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Brno Just one thing is when walking from train station you will arrive at rear entrance and you have to go out to reception is steps or lift , there is no real sign saying it’s the hotel

Ho prenotato una stanza di gestione con balcone, dicendo online che c'era aria condizionata, per questo ho prenotato questa stanza di tipo studio, da quando la settimana Ceca era a 30+° tutta la settimana. Arrivammo alle 7:00 e andammo direttamente al loro ristorante, quindi solo controlliamo l'aria condizionata quando siamo tornati in camera. Non funzionava. Chiediamo aiuto e il ricevitore non sa come aiutarci. Stavo prendendo farmaci ormonale che inducono davvero il mio corpo a riscaldare, quindi ho bisogno di un aria condizionata. Era troppo tardi per imballarci e cercando un altro hotel coz noi eravamo così stanchi, così ho cercato di dormire con il fan che non era abbastanza perché era caldo la notte. Non riuscivo a dormire abbastanza, si svegliò molte volte. Quando ho chiesto di compensare, che era un mal di testa nel negoziato, ho anche chiesto se potessero solo prezzire la stanza come la stanza standard e dare un rimborso, ma il supervisore voleva utilizzare il prezzo per il giorno successivo, che era ancora più alto di quanto non fosse stato Non abbiamo pagato alcun rimborso, hanno offerto un 10% di sconto, ma solo per essere rimborsati quando ci fermiamo un'altra notte. Poi hanno chiesto di depositare la stessa somma che abbiamo pagato online al check-in e sono passate due settimane e i soldi non sono stati rimborsati. Mi hanno solo detto di cacciare la mia banca, ma ho già detto che l'hotel Efi non ha rilasciato alcun rimborso. Era molto stressato e non vale la pena rimanere!

Un hotel molto grande, che si evidenzia solo per la sua dimensione. Un po' la casa è ancora responsabile del 80er/90er-Jahre-”Flair”, ma in generale un buon hotel. La mia camera era pulita e non molto grande, aveva un interessante disegno di colore e un pavimento PVC facile da curare senza matite. La camera era dotata di minibar, cucina d'acqua e macchina per caffè (bruna ”Tassimo”). Duche e bagno erano separati, il bagno era abbastanza grande. Quando l'acqua era sotto pressione c'era un piccolo problema, ci vuole molto tempo prima di essere bagnato. Può essere al piano terra o il vaporizzatore d'aria fa un po' di buon lavoro qui. Il WiFi funziona, ma non è il più veloce. La casa ha un parcheggio che si deve quasi usare se non si conosce la città (circa 15,- EUR/notte). Si consiglia urgentemente di arrivare con un'auto piccola. I parcheggi sono molto stretti e i SUV, purtroppo, che ora sono grassi, pubblicizzano in linea di principio 2 posti per se stessi. La colazione è buona e ha molta scelta. Purtroppo, la sala da pranzo ha ancora l'atmosfera di una cantina sovietica, ma il personale è molto amichevole e impegnativo. In generale un buon hotel, ma anche non economico.

Le strutture sono perfette e il luogo è molto conveniente.E'facile trovare, controllare in forma di autoassistenza, e a pochi punti si può controllare in.La stanza è comoda e tranquilla. C'è un bar vicino e il vino è completo.Alla fine, mi piace molto il viaggio.

Situazione perfetta per esplorare il centro della città. Personale è stato gentile. Le camere erano moderne con aria condizionata e il più grande e più confortevole letto che abbia mai trovato in un hotel. Il colazione era sufficiente, ma non è incredibile, ma per il lancio del giorno è più di ok. La cauzione è abbastanza alta per 3 notti con oltre 400 euro. Il parcheggio in loco non è stato possibile e i prezzi di parcheggio dell'hotel sono relativamente elevati, anche nelle zone A e B i prezzi di parcheggio non sono di grado economico. Sabato e domenica, il parcheggio nella zona B è gratuito, ma questo ha risolto il problema in modo soddisfacente per noi. Un hotel molto bello che si occupa delle stelle.

Siamo stati in camera 325 per una notte. Camere molto decente: tutto era pulito, spaziose camere con un grande segnale WiFi. Grazie speciali per un fan che ha reso la nostra notte più fresca 🙂 è stato anche tranquillo che è stato importante Anche i colazione erano diversi e in realtà deliziosi 👍

L'hotel è molto grande, l'ambiente è buono. Pensavo che il Brno fosse molto economico. Non pensavo fosse più costoso di Praga. Qui 120 euro una notte, ma la colazione è molto buona. La uscita è più conveniente.
