Si trova nella zona ricco, nel palazzo di scrivania, e entra in alta sicurezza e igiene.Ci sono piatti giapponesi, ci sono piatti messicani, ci sono piatti locali sudamericani, molto conveniente, servizio educato e attento.Raccomandazione.

Camera classica da Hilton. Posizione pratica se devi prendere un volo presto. Al ristorante abbiamo mangiato discretamente.

Il posto era molto carino, la camera era pulita ogni giorno, il personale del ristorante era eccellente, ho subito un intervento chirurgico e si sono presi cura di ogni mia richiesta, un soggiorno molto piacevole, l'unica cosa che manca è un po' di attività o un ristorante aggiuntivo.

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

L'hotel è situato in una zona centrale della città, vicino ai mezzi pubblici, ai punti di riferimento, ai ristoranti e ai negozi. La camera e le aree comuni erano discrete e ordinate. La mia camera, la numero 606, era pulita e dotata di articoli da toeletta come sapone, shampoo e balsamo. Non vengono fornite bottiglie d'acqua. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, quindi consiglierei questo hotel. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la chiarezza nella comunicazione. Ho chiesto un asciugacapelli e un ferro da stiro che non erano disponibili in camera. La persona che ha risposto ha detto che sarebbero venuti a portarmeli, ma ho aspettato in camera per più di ”3 ore”. È molto importante essere chiari e indicare ”quando” si porta qualcosa che manca.

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero deludente, ho pagato in questa piattaforma il prezzo pieno compreso le imposte e il destinatario ha riscosso una doppia tassa dicendo non era oee Douro e hotel’s colpa giusta legge, Qui sto aggiungendo la cattura che ho preso quando ho comprato il mio servizio qui e diceva anche le tasse, lei era così brutta e mi accusava anche di non “comprendere”, leggere bene, non capire che dovevo sapere che lo faranno, così poco professionale e grosso con un cliente, Sono viaggiato da più di 10 anni, quindi prova questa piattaforma e non ho mai avuto una cattiva esperienza fino ad ora, consiglio l'hotel cambiare il loro personale amministrativo che non sono le persone a trattare con altre persone. The location in Candelaria district is perfect, they provide a relatively good breakfast and have a daily room service. That’s all on the good side. There is a lot on the bad side. My room was on the first floor (meaning the second after “planta baja”, so both windows look at atrium where the hotel cafe is, so you hear whatever is happening in the cafe and reception all the time 24/7 and that means talks, piano, calls…there is no sound proofing at all. That’s not all, you also smell whatever they cook in the kitchen and I guess they are not enforcing because in my bathroom I kept smelling tabaco smoke as if I am in packed smoking room in the airport. Also the room probably was nicely furnished 20 years ago but it is all worn out completely, things are virtually falling apart. Seriously..I had plank if the vanity falling when tried to place towel on the hanger and if you seat in the armchair you just sink into it so old and worn out it is. Because of the position of the bed, the cabinet door cannot be opened. There is no kettle, iron, or ironing board in the room. To sum up, the hotel might be an option if you are here for a short stay and it is offered cheap (as it was in my case) but I strongly recommend against staying there longer.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mia madre. E' davvero vicino all'aeroporto e a pochi isolati dalla stazione “El campin stadion” Transmilenio. Anche un centro commerciale è a pochi metri di distanza. Il centro di ricerca è stato molto più facile da trovare, ma non è stato molto facile da trovare. Devo dire che questo hotel si sente più come un motel o un letto e un colazione perché è estremamente fondamentale. Non c'è ascensore e nessun uomo che possa portare il bagaglio, così mia madre ha portato la valigia fino al terzo piano e il ricevitore e io ho portato il bagaglio grande fino alla stanza. La TV satellitare è disponibile anche in inglese e spagnolo. Non ho idea se il personale dell'hotel parli inglese o non come parlo spagnolo. In generale è buono perché la zona è sicura e vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi che volevo andare come Monserrate.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
