Hotel vicino a Cartagena de Indias Centro, Cartagena

Ottimo B&B nella zona più bella di Cartagena, Getsemani. La via in cui si trova è comunque non rumorosa e si riesce a dormire molto bene. Il Servizio è davvero ottimo, lo staff è stato pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta.

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

The hotel has a magnificent view and modern rooms. That's probably all. Service is 3 stars maybe- check-in takes an incredible amount of time. At first, they’d put something into the computer for about 10 minutes, then they told us to come back for the key after 3pm(check-in time). When we got back, we had to stand for another 5 minutes, they were doing something and printing again. This is not counting the amount of time spent in the queue. The hotel positions itself as 4*, but does not provide a bathrobe/slippers. And the shaving kit in the room turned out to be for extra pay, which we found out during check out. By the way, we were able to find slippers. Apparently at the local spa. They don't give out towels for the beach - only for the pool. They tried to come to us with cleaning at 7 a.m. or 9 p.m., the aspiration itself is commendable, but the time is surprising . Breakfast is not bad at all. There is no beach of its own, only a public one. The food in the poolside restaurant is not bad, but the service needs to be improved. We forgot to pack food with us and they didn't even apologise and didn't offer any compliment. The rest was just as expected

Così accogliente e bellissimo posto 🥰. Aggiunto una notte alla mia prenotazione perché amava l'armonia e la pace che mi sentivo in quel hotel. Il colazione era sorprendente 200/10 🤩. Grande varietà di frutti, cibo sano e locale. Grazie tante a Andrey, così gentile e affascinante, che mi ha aiutato in tutto; così come a Jorge, che è così professionista nel suo lavoro, Alfredo e ragazze da cucina, grazie per il cibo così delizioso. Il tetto è un sogno ma purtroppo non hanno (stabili) barista per godere di bevande.Purtroppo, il manager generale è stato poco professionale e poco gentile, deve migliorare la sua relazione professionale per guidare una buona gestione di un hotel di questa categoria. Vorrei tornare nel mio prossimo viaggio a Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Raccomandazioni: se non tollerare il rumore, non prenotare le camere vicino alla strada.

Excelente opción para disfrutar de Cartagena El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo entre Getsemaní y el centro histórico, lo que permite recorrer Cartagena a pie cómodamente. Además, hay muchas opciones de restauración muy cerca. La decoración está muy cuidada y crea un ambiente acogedor en el que te sientes realmente cómodo. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre atentos, amables y con una respuesta rápida ante cualquier necesidad. Es un hotel moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

Tutte le camere si affacciano su un cortile centrale, il che è carino ma non pratico perché c'è sempre gente che passa, quindi non si può lasciare la finestra aperta perché non si ha privacy. La tenda non è una tenda vera e propria, ma una veneziana, quindi o si chiude o si apre. La mia camera si trova al piano terra, dove si trova il ristorante. Forse è meglio agli altri piani. Quindi solo luce artificiale. Inoltre, non c'è una scrivania in camera. Per il resto, la camera è decente e pulita. La colazione è semplice ma buona, con caffè, succo di frutta e una frittata. Il posto è sicuro e la reception deve essere aperta per entrare e uscire. Anche la posizione è abbastanza buona, dato che si trova all'interno delle mura, ma non è un posto frequentato da turisti. Abbastanza sicuro. Check-in tassativamente alle 15:00, anche se la camera è disponibile 😅

Stando qui era davvero sorprendente, dalla ospite alla comodità della stanza, mi sentivo a casa, sicuro e felice. Il cibo offerto era delizioso, consiglio la pasta con il crema. Le acque di fronte e di indietro offrono una bella vista sul mare e sul cielo. Mi sono sentito benedetto di poter godere di questa isola e incontrare la comunità e la bella natura della diversità che doveva offrire. (Playa libre, oceanario, plankton..) Anche, è bello vedere le stelle di notte sul ponte. Io consiglio! Sicuro di portare gli insetti repellenti e scarpe d'acqua. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti! ❤️

Sono stata al Santuario molto più a lungo del previsto a causa di un problema di salute. Quindi, ho avuto il tempo di apprezzare molto non solo l'ostello in sé, l'atmosfera fantastica, la fantastica disposizione dei letti dove c'è un sacco di spazio (!) e un'insolita privacy totale, come se avessi una mini stanza dentro una stanza, ma soprattutto le persone: il personale è fantastico e si prende davvero cura degli ospiti, mentre ero malata ho avuto una sorveglianza familiare, in particolare Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (pulizie e cucina) e Jose (manutenzione) che non hanno mai mancato di sostenermi e chiedermi sinceramente interessati come stavo facendo del loro meglio per aiutarmi. In un momento difficile, ero nel posto giusto, grazie a loro! L'unica cosa che mi ha disturbato è stata la gestione dell'aria condizionata: ok, era accesa solo la sera e la notte, abbastanza normale, il problema è che una persona che aveva freddo bastava per spegnere l'aria condizionata per tutti... e poi faceva caldo... adoro il freddo, ok, ma un giusto equilibrio sarebbe la cosa migliore, suggerire a chi ha freddo di indossare una maglietta dovrebbe funzionare, e gli altri non sudano ;-)

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
