Mia madre e io abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte perché avevamo una breve sosta a Qingdao; tuttavia, avrei voluto poter rimanere qui più a lungo perché i servizi e le comodità erano meravigliosi! The room is huge enough for 2 bigs size of luggages. I like washing machine with 40 celsius of the water and you can see the light up views from your room window.

La vista dalla camera è mozzafiato, basta aprire la finestra e si vede il mare blu, la brezza marina è super rilassante! La stanza è pulita e ordinata, ben attrezzata, e il servizio è attento. Questa è la mia seconda visita all'hotel, e non è mai deluso! Infatti, era ancora meglio della prima! La suite era pulita senza spot e la vista era al di là delle mie aspettative. Sono davvero innamorato di questo hotel e ritornerò certamente ogni volta che visito Qingdao. La pulizia qui è eccezionale, a differenza di qualsiasi cosa ho sperimentato in altri hotel assolutamente infettiva! Il personale di ricezione era meraviglioso e comprensivo, gestendo tutto con professionalità e positività. Mi piaceva anche la signora di casa, era così gentile. Anche se la barriera linguistica era così gentile, mi capiva e mi aiutava molto! La mia unica domanda era che quando siamo andati a colazione alle 10, ci è stato detto che era troppo tardi e non ci è stato permesso entrare. Tuttavia, la famiglia in linea prima di noi era permesso di entrare e avere colazione, che era piuttosto turbato. Rooms are spacious and clean and have everything to make a happy stay. the hotel housekeeper works are excellent, take care in every point in the hotel room.. make it clean and comfortable for guests to enjoy staying. Breakfast are very good and change everyday. I like atour hotel and had stay in many city in china, really value for money. I even bought some pillows from Atour S hotel Hangzhou, very very good pillows. I recommend Atour group's hotels across China to everyone. won't be dissapointed!

The room has a spectacular view. Location is extremely convenient, you can just access to The mixc shopping complex through level 6. There are two convenient store nearby less than 100m. However I personally feels they can do better at the room amenities and cleanliness. The hot water especially has limits… you can’t shower more than 15mins, or else the next person will hv to run in the freezing cold water. And you can’t wash your laundry while you shower, it will affect the water temperature too. The room isn’t very soundproof, we can still hear people screaming from the other rooms.. lol

One of the hotel’s strongest advantages is its location. Being situated close to Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport makes it an ideal choice for transit passengers or those with early departures or late arrivals. The transfer process was straightforward, and the proximity significantly reduced travel-related stress. The Deluxe Queen Room itself was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained, with clean linens, a tidy bathroom, and adequate amenities. The layout felt functional rather than overly luxurious, but it delivered exactly what one would expect from an airport hotel in this category. Sound insulation was reasonably effective; despite the airport location, noise levels were minimal and did not disrupt rest. Service throughout the stay was professional and efficient, with a level of attentiveness that stood out in the smaller details. In particular, the duty manager, Ali, made a strong impression through his proactive hospitality. As a welcome gesture, he personally brought a selection of local Shandong and Qingdao soft drinks to my room, which was a thoughtful and culturally considerate touch. This small act added a personal dimension to the stay and reflected a genuine commitment to guest experience beyond standard service expectations. Facilities appeared comprehensive, though my stay was brief and primarily focused on rest rather than exploring all offerings. Ho richiesto un check-out posticipato per motivi di tempo e la reception ha confermato rapidamente la richiesta, dicendo che non c'era problema. UUtente ospiteDefinitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Inoltre, non ci sono ganci in bagno: tutto questo (candeggina e ganci) non costerà più di 50-100 yuan all'hotel e 2-3 ore di lavoro, ma l'impressione e le recensioni saranno migliori. In generale, lo consiglio!

RRara MomijiLa posizione è grande perché la nostra intenzione era di essere nel distretto di Laoshan. Forse non sarebbe facile se la maggior parte dei vostri piani fossero nelle aree turistiche come il Museo della birra di Tsingtao. C'è comunque la metropolitana (metro sotterraneo) che ci ha aiutato a dire che se volessimo guardare al centro città. L'hotel è a 10 minuti a piedi da Haiyou o stazioni Haichuan nella Linea 2. Non siamo molto affascinanti di cibo cinese per colazione, quindi il colazione gratis non era affascinante per noi. C'è un ascensore per portare o bagagli tutto il viaggio verso i nostri piani. E la stanza era pulita e pulita, e la puliscono ogni volta che usciamo.
