We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

Per questo hotel sarebbe 10/10 ma, come siamo stati, c'era una grande rigenerazione e era rumoroso dal mattino al pomeriggio. Avrebbero dovuto chiudere l'hotel invece di vendere camere scontate - molto poco professionale e sgradevole per tutti gli ospiti che hanno dato il loro soggiorno
