MMeyjiI stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt like home, the view of the sea is really beautiful. The location of the hotel is very good, close to Venice and the beach with beautiful seagulls. Unfortunately, this hotel does not have a safe deposit box. There is no problem with hot water in the bathroom for 4 people as long as you know how to use it. I am very grateful for the service of the room staff, Miss Li Feng Jun, who was very helpful and felt like family, and also the staff at the reception who were very helpful.

A dire il vero, ho finito per annullare il mio programma solo per trascorrere più tempo in hotel! Anche se è leggermente distante dal centro città, non c'è motivo di preoccuparsi: i taxi sono sempre facili da trovare e non abbiamo mai avuto alcun inconveniente. La camera era assolutamente bellissima e immacolata. Non solo le condizioni della camera erano perfette, ma ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato incredibilmente gentile e attento. Vorrei esprimere in particolare la mia gratitudine a un membro del personale di nome Zora. 💘 Dopo il check-out, mi sono accorta di aver lasciato dei vestiti in camera. Anche se ho contattato l'hotel una settimana dopo, lei è stata molto gentile a controllare, mi ha inviato foto tramite WeChat e mi ha aiutato a recuperare i miei effetti personali. Le sono davvero grata per il suo aiuto. Se dovessi tornare a Dalian, tornerò sicuramente al The Castle. YYeekoLa posizione è fenomenale!!! Splendida vista dall'alto. Puoi guardare in basso e vedere la città e il mare. La vista notturna è spettacolare. L'hotel è molto pulito! Avere abbastanza servizi per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, se vuoi che la tua camera sia pulita, dovresti fornire all'hotel dettagli specifici su ciò di cui hai bisogno, ad esempio portare fuori la spazzatura e pulire il letto o aspirare il pavimento, ecc. Non l'abbiamo fatto, abbiamo solo chiesto di pulire la stanza e solo la spazzatura è stata portata via ma la stanza era ancora così com'è. Inoltre, in questo momento sono in corso importanti lavori di costruzione dalle 5:00 alle 22:00. Quindi se il rumore ti dà fastidio, scusa ma non puoi farci niente :(. Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

La camera stessa aveva pareti sporche (si vede se si zoomò) e un odore terribile; le foglie sul letto erano molto pulite; il bagno era in grande bisogno di essere rimodellato.
Il personale era molto amichevole e gentile, e mi ha dato un buon consiglio per fare le cose.

however If you looking for a privacy friendly please avoid this hotel.
The house keeping team had entered my room 2 times within the 4 days during my stay.
A not-disturb card was hang as well as the not-disturb light was also turned on.
Upon the first enter, I had went to raise the issue with the hotel. The initial reply was the not-disturb card might be ‘moved’ when I opened the door for exiting. Little that they know I had took photo when I make myself leaving the room. On top of that, the no-disturb light was also on too even they falsely claimed card was moved.
Then the hotel replied that ‘oh no, they must of entered the room to tidy up the room’. Yet, the room was NOT tidying up at all.
Again, what’s the purpose for them to enter the room without my consent and my present? I questioned by expressing this may be a careless mistake which I do not wish to happen to anyone anymore, then I had left the scene and leave it as it is.
It HAPPENED AGAIN next day, I was frustrated and questioning the hotel again. They said they will ‘investigate’ and given me an explanation of what was happening. 2 hours later they rang to my room, and informed me that ‘due to you are staying alone with no companion, it is the policy of the hotel to check up on me to make sure I’m safe’
Really? ARE YOU SERIOUS? This is what they replied me of the case. Number 1, if this is the actual reason, why don’t they tell me the first time when this was happened. Number 2, I had clearly stated I do not wish to be disturbed and yet it has not been respected. Number 3, due to the nature of my occupation, I’m staying in different hotel 9 months out of the whole year. I had never ever heard of this.
Long story short, I will not going back to this hotel nor recommend to anyone.
