L'hotel è economico ma ha comunque un buon livello. Ci sono diversi ascensori, il che è molto comodo. Si trova in Rua de Pequim, con una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte. Dista circa 400 metri dalla Lotus Square e nelle vicinanze c'è anche un Museo del Grand Prix. Non lontano dalla Lotus Square si trova il Faro di Guia, che consiglio vivamente di visitare per ammirare una vista panoramica della penisola di Macao. Anche a piedi non è troppo lontano dal Grand Lisboa, ma se non si vuole camminare, l'autobus è molto comodo. Macao non è grande, ma la sua urbanizzazione è compatta. Per mangiare, si può andare nei dintorni di Rua de Pequim. L'hotel è raggiungibile a piedi dal Wynn Macau, basta attraversare un sottopassaggio, si arriva prima allo StarWorld Hotel e di fronte c'è il Wynn. Per l'aeroporto di Macao si può prendere l'autobus AP1 da Lotus Square, e anche il Terminal dei Traghetti è molto vicino, raggiungibile con l'autobus 3. La doccia ha un getto potente e la pulizia è puntuale. In generale, un'ottima recensione! Un piccolo extra: si può lasciare il bagaglio gratuitamente per un giorno. Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo qui, il deposito di 500 MOP viene bloccato su Alipay e sbloccato il giorno dopo il check-out, molto comodo.

YYaoyaoduyaodeyaoPosizione: A solo una fermata di treno leggero dall'aeroporto (si possono acquistare i biglietti al finestrino tramite WeChat Pay o Alipay). Attraversando il City of Dreams dall'hotel, si raggiungono The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace e The Venetian, tutti punti di interesse principali.
Ambiente: Le luci della stanza sono calde, l'ambiente è pulito e la disposizione è ben pensata. Ci sono due lavandini, doccia e WC separati, e sono stati forniti anche i sali da bagno.
Servizio: Dal check-in al check-out, il servizio è stato proattivo, cordiale, educato e veloce. Un ringraziamento speciale alle due signorine (i loro nomi sono nelle foto) che hanno gestito il check-in e ci hanno illustrato l'uso delle varie strutture in camera e i percorsi più convenienti per raggiungere i luoghi vicini. L'addetto al check-out ci ha anche proattivamente chiesto se volessimo depositare i bagagli, dove andassimo e quale autobus prendere, facendoci sentire a nostro agio nonostante fossimo appena arrivati.

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other ****** resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the ****** complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

FFedeSoneHotel si trova sulla ***** di taipa, nella parte sud di Macao.. e’ molto bello, collegato con tutti gli altri hotel della ***** e pieni di negozi e ristoranti. Per raggiungere Macao, si può prendere la nuova linea della metro o con i bus pubblici. Se si arriva con il traghetto da Hong Kong esiste una navetta gratuita che porta direttamente all’hotel.
La camera è pulita e ordinata, c’è una piscina all’aperto e un health club per fare yoga. In tutte le hall degli hotel ci sono i tavoli da gioco e le slot machine.

VvÖyjx TravelWe really enjoyed our stay at House of Art and would definitely stay here again.
The location is extremely convenient—the bus stop is literally right outside the hotel door, making it very easy to get around Macau. The surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, so food and essentials are always within walking distance.
The hotel itself feels classy yet very modern. Rooms are hi-tech and thoughtfully designed, with universal power outlets, mood lighting, smart switches, and a beautiful, well-equipped bathroom with toiletries provided. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable, and the pillows were great, which really helped after long days out.
A few things to manage expectations: night reception staff had limited English, the Smart TV is very limited (no Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, or YouTube—mostly Chinese channels, and casting only works on Android), and the internet was quite slow.
Overall, still a solid and stylish 3-star hotel with excellent location and comfort. Best for travelers who prioritize convenience, design, and easy transport access over streaming and fast Wi-Fi.

UUtente ospiteUna esperienza hoteliera assolutamente eccellente. Se si visita Macao, soggiorno a Taipa è essenziale, e questa proprietà aumenta tale esperienza a un altro livello. Le visioni panoramica ininterrotta erano davvero interessanti, creando un senso di lusso e serenità per tutta la nostra permanenza.
La stanza ha una tecnologia di alta qualità, molto superiore a quella della maggior parte degli hotel, e ogni dettaglio si sentiva consapevolmente progettato.

UUtente anonimoHo prenotato perché era l'opzione più economica a Cotai, e si vede. La posizione è eccellente, ma l'hotel è datato e un po' deprimente. La sala da pranzo è vuota e richiedono un deposito in contanti (attenzione). Inoltre, non avrei dovuto pagare la colazione, non era disponibile per un volo di prima mattina (sono le 7-9, attenzione). Soggiornate solo per la comodità, non per l'esperienza.
