Great ambience and location. Near scenic spots are Few good Museums, grand theatre and Happy Jin. If you need peace and tranquility in your stay, this is the hotel I would recommend. A little away from the hustle and crowd of the city with a good comm network (metro). The only inconvenience was not having any mall or convenience stores nearby. Service was excellent.

必須説，很滿意！給智能馬桶點贊，温暖而且無需上手（不像希爾頓收了快上千的房費結果馬桶是冰pg的老式的）。因為過年人太多沒房了臨時給我的套房升級了一個更高級一點的套房，但我朋友跟我定的原本是一樣的，所以去看了一下，都是有個客廳的，就是大小有一點差異，可以跟朋友在廳裏相聚，不影響孩子在卧室裏麪睡覺。
衞生條件：很乾凈！傢俱表面或者床品表面都很乾凈，床是真大，感覺能睡下四個人
床簾也是拉一下啟動後就是電動的，客廳和卧室都有電視，環境和衞生都很滿意。
位置就在天津大學西門正門口，導航到天大西門就行，馬路對面能看到停了兩排車，那裡都是免費停車的，或者西側100米有個小區，停進去也是免費，停車位充足。
早餐內容比前一天在濱海新區住的希爾頓強，至少有葷菜，還不少，而且菜的味道是真的好。在天津的最後一天，感覺很完美👍🏻

In generale, mi sento bene, si trova in una piccola zona, tranquilla, la casa ha finestre.La luce domestica è buona, l'immagine e la disposizione reale sono completamente le stesse. Il capo è molto entusiasta, cioè quando si ferma, il suo bagno non è ancora arrivato a pulire le sporche sporche, ma il capo è molto difficile per dieci minuti. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China!
The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us.
It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day.
It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor.
The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc.
The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated.
Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service.
Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room.
On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x
One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in.
Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

Il secondo giorno, dopo un viaggio di emergenza a Pechino, la signora Pang Ping e Wang hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto aereo per arrivare a Pechino, ha continuato a controllare dove siamo arrivati al nostro ritorno e ha organizzato una macchina per prendere noi da quando siamo arrivati. Il nostro conducente Wang ha parlato inglese all'aeroporto e ha aiutato a dare le nostre direzioni alla stazione di metropolitana e di treno.
Il conducente, il signor Chen, un uomo molto gentile, era già all'aeroporto quando siamo arrivati per prendere il nostro posto.
Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, ha aiutato a ottenere un rinfrescamento dal ristorante dell'hotel.
Abbiamo avuto un volo mattinale e le signore Song Jia e Wang Qian sono state molto gentili a dare un telefono di sveglio alle 4:30, organizzare per noi un'auto all'aeroporto e aiutarmi con il nostro bagaglio .
Il soggiorno dell'hotel è stato complessivamente confortevole e bello. Dormito nella camera doppia di business. Le camere sono spaziose, molto pulite e pulite quotidianamente. È disponibile un lavanderia a servizio personale all'hotel.

Dopo aver presentato la mia richiesta, Melisa Li mi ha portato a vedere la tipologia della camera. Il servizio era molto attento e la vista fuori dalla finestra era molto buona la camera non è aumentata molto durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio. Il telefono del servizio clienti ha ricevuto risposta in pochi secondi. Dopo che il segnale wifi non era buono, ho immediatamente aggiunto un router alla casa. Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway.
When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in,
we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return.
First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful.
They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room.
Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service.
No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China.
Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts.
All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin.
PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Wwilson1711I have just concluded a delightful stay at the Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City. Coincidentally, Tianjin was blanketed in snow last night—when I looked out the window, snowflakes were fluttering gently like flying flowers, just as described in Han Yu’s poem: “dancing through courtyard trees as if they were blossoms” . The trees along the street were dressed in a pristine silver coat, creating a stunning winter scene that beautifully contrasted with the warm, cozy atmosphere inside the hotel, adding an extra layer of warmth and poetic charm to my stay.
Speaking of warmth, the hotel’s heating system was excellent, maintaining the perfect temperature. On a cold, snowy day, stepping into my room and being enveloped in such comfortable warmth instantly dispelled the winter chill, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent hardware facilities and a well-designed layout that made me feel exceptionally relaxed. The upgraded larger room, in particular, allowed me to leisurely admire the snow scenery from the window, savoring this peaceful and wonderful moment unique to winter.
Most commendable was the service from Ms. Feng of the Reservation Department. She provided warm and attentive service throughout, and kindly upgraded me to a larger room, allowing me to enjoy the snow scenery from a more comfortable vantage point. This thoughtful gesture significantly enhanced my stay! The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise—it offered excellent value for money with a wide variety of dishes, from traditional Chinese breakfast items to Western options, catering to different taste preferences. After a satisfying meal, looking out at the snow was incredibly enjoyable.
Overall, my stay was absolutely perfect: outside the window was the winter beauty of snowflakes dancing through trees like flying flowers, while inside was a spacious, comfortable space with just the right warmth. Coupled with thoughtful service and delicious breakfast, Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City is definitely a great value choice for travel or business trips to Tianjin. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Ho ricevuto un servizio di prima classe dal mio arrivo in hotel fino alla mia partenza.
La signora Dephne Ng., la direttrice, è stata molto disponibile e mi ha riservato una calorosa ospitalità. È molto professionale e si assicura sempre che io riceva tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno. Sono rimasto davvero colpito dal livello del servizio e dall'attenzione ai dettagli.
Anche il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, facendo di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno piacevole.
La camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort di cui avevo bisogno. La colazione a buffet era eccellente, con un'ampia varietà di deliziose opzioni. Ho apprezzato anche la posizione dell'hotel, comoda per raggiungere numerose attrazioni e vicinissima a vie dello shopping, grandi magazzini e ristoranti.

A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
