This hotel is ok for one night. I won't recommend staying for more than one night. I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express hotels in other cities where breakfast is included when booking, but this hotel you have to pay extra for breakfast. For the price, one would expect to have breakfast included. Also, the room I stayed in (room 1009, 10th floor), the bathroom outlet did not work.

Service from reception and housekeeping was excellent, the room was spotless, and breakfast was decent. Also, location-wise, it was good as it is near key attractions such as Daminghu. However, breakfast was a little underwhelming for the price. Maybe you can try eating at a nearby place instead, but the overall hotel was still great.

La signora pulizia della stanza molto attentamente e buono. La stanza è sempre pulita e tempestiva. La stanza di lavanderia ha 5 lavastoviglie e 5 asciugamani - mi piaceva. Situazione vicino al metro, ma non molti negozi. Tuttavia, devo solo camminare per meno di 10 minuti per raggiungere negozi e ristorante.

Ci è voluto un po' di tempo per trovare la posizione esatta dell'ostello perché non ci siamo resi conto che condivideva la sua entrata in terra con un altro hotel nello stesso edificio.
L'iscrizione era semplice: il ricevitore era molto amichevole e ci ha mostrato intorno, spiegando le regole di base.
Ci sono camere separate per donne e uomini, le nostre hanno dieci letti e un serbatoio.
La stanza e il letto sono stati molto puliti. Ci sono un piccolo tappeto e una socket all'interno di ogni letto. Questo è molto conveniente. La camera dispone anche di aria condizionata, ma questo può essere irritante se si dispone di un letto accanto a essa e non si può concordare con i suoi compagni di stanza a una temperatura appropriata alla notte. In tali casi, una temperatura coerente sarebbe una soluzione migliore.
Ci sono bagni e docce separate per uomini e donne, nonché una tavola cosmetica e lavastoviglie.
La struttura dispone di una camera da letto con vista magnifica, accesso a un balcone spazioso, un'area fitness, una stazione di caffè/acqua, e altre macchine da soda e ghiaccio. Questo settore è grande per incontrare persone interessanti.

As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land.
Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief.
This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care.
Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

MMasalHKRooms: Good size room, 6/F partly refurbished (especially electrics, carpets), 4/F not done. They have an executive lounge but it is just a lounge, no benefits that you get in other hotels.
Facilities: 2/F has pool tables, table tennis, card/mahjong rooms, gym; Floor B1 has a huge pool. All quite busy as they allow members of the public to pay to use.
Breakfast: Good, some western options. RMB40/pax at hotel.
Location: Perfect. easy walk to Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, shops. It is on the route of the Tourist shuttle bus which costs RMB5/day and goes to all the main sites. Frequent at weekends, less so weekdays.
Restaurants: Lots around hotel. South to malls on Quancheng Road where there are lots of all you can eat hotpot and BBQ. Also south to Kuanhouli, the snack street and some good restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). North is the famous Shandong restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. There was always a queue so we went to a similar restaurant across the street from it. Also next to it is the Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou restaurant which is excellent.
Service: We had a problem with the shower on 6/F as water pressure was very low or just cut out altogether. Initially we asked the front desk staff to sort it out but not much happened. Then asked the duty manager and he was very helpful and moved us to a suite on the 4/F. So if you have a problem, make sure you ask for some one in authority and the service will be excellent.

Will defintely consider again if we return to Jinan.

CCarolZHHo soggiornato in questo hotel due volte prima perché è abbastanza vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ma questa volta ho avuto una stanza così piccola che dovevo andare a letto per arrivare all'altra parte della stanza. Lo spazio tra il piede del letto e la stanza TV era troppo stretto per camminare confortevolmente.
L'hotel è anche in una zona oscura, così il Didi non può cadere /pick tu alla porta.
Il personale è tuttavia molto amichevole.
Le opzioni per la colazione sono piacevoli ma anche limitate.

Once you get past the first floor shock, what you get is almost full hotel vibes. The ”soft water” that they provided makes your skin feels smooth too.
