Hotel vicino a Stazione Ferroviaria di Taoyuan, Taoyuan

The hotel is near to airport; benefit the early flight if in need of a good rest. Is convenient to travel to other cities as there is a metro station downstairs. Hotel amenities not up to standard thus low rate given, and already feedback to the staff. There was a crackline on the window, the TV was so special that we could not get back to the TV channel; and the bidget is not functioning properly. Overall, is ok if need a good wash up and rest before the early flight. Great sunrise & airport views! (In the photo you can see the cracked line of the window 😅).

Il centro commerciale era aperto e pulito. La cabina era pulita. Il multinazionale è stato visitato. I tre ascensori erano veloci. Il colazione era disponibile al terzo piano dalle ore 0600 locali. Il primo giorno è stato fornito un flacone di birra o di bevanda morbida.

Enjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

It was a very comfy place to stay. With all the amenities and free breakfast. But if you're not into their dish, you can order through Foodpanda. And convenient stores are nearby to buy your essentials. You had to be mindful that local people dont understand English. So bring Google translator with you. Overall, I recommend this place to stay.

Era la prima volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel. La camera non era grande e il letto era molto impolverato; non so se fosse stato pulito. L'aria condizionata non funzionava affatto; quella notte faceva molto caldo, il flusso d'aria era debole e non c'era frescura. Il bagno era carino, però. Il personale alla reception non sorrideva affatto.

I sono rimasto all'hotel Sheraton Taoyuan per una notte prima di un volo precoce ed è stata una grande esperienza.L'hotel offre una navetta gratuita sia all'aeroporto che al MRT, che ha reso il trasporto estremamente conveniente. Il personale della reception è stato molto amichevole e utile per tutta la mia permanenza. La mia camera era pulita comoda e ben mantenuta. In generale ero molto soddisfatto e avrei decisamente raccomandato questo hotel. Rimarrò qui la prossima volta 

Aside from cleanliness and convinient,what I love the most is the taste of the food,soooo delicious! Good job!

This hotel has 4 buildings, the room is big and the amenities are good. Its gym and swimming pool and breakfast area can accommodate a big tour group.

Ottima posizione vicino a ristoranti, mercato notturno e minimarket. L'hotel è pulito e mi è piaciuta molto la camera senza moquette. Il letto è morbido e grande. Il personale della reception è cordiale, allegro e parla inglese. Mi hanno persino aiutato a chiamare un taxi per l'aeroporto a tarda notte, davvero gentili! Tornerò sicuramente.

The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.  CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.  I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
