Terrible experience. Was reading through all the great 5 stars reviews before booking and decided to give it a try. Booked 2 KTV rooms for 3 consecutive nights.
Mistake we made was Missed out reading the - Important Booking Info• Check-in and Check-out Times For the room type you selected, check-in is from 18:00 to 06:00 the next day and check-out is before 12:00.
As we took the midnight flight, we arrived the motel too early only to know that we could only check-in after 6pm. Left our luggages at the concierge and went for shopping. Returned back to the motel after a long walk to check-in in the evening and was told that the check-out time was 12pm the next day. We thought the check-out time was fine. Informed and confirmed with the staff that we actually booked 3 consecutive nights.
Shocking to know from the staff that we have to check-out the next day before 12pm and check-in after 6pm, same for the rest of the days. If we choose not to check in and out, 1600twd will be charge additional per room, per day.
We have the 2 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd level.
No lift to rooms, meaning with the luggages, we have to carry up and down everyday following the daily check-in, check-out policy. Ktv is very old, not updated.
We stayed one night and check-out the next day after breakfast. Breakfast was good.
Tried asked for refund for the 2 other nights but was rejected.
Did not went back to the motel again but went to nearby hotel and booked another 2 rooms instead.
Overall, rooms are nice as pictured advertised, breakfast is 👍good. The only thing is the amenities policies that we would not want to return nor recommend.
