Hotel vicino a Lago Sun Moon, Nantou

As with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

La posizione è super conveniente, a pochi 50 metri dal conteggio Nantou Bus 7-eleven e SML con il Nantou Bus 6670 da Taichung passeggeri cadono. Il pavimento del B&B è un te' elegantemente decorato e ha un piacevole whiff di tè cinese rosso-date, molto benvenuto in un giorno caldo. La nostra camera è stata ben ristrutturata, molto pulita e pulita, ben arredata, con canali a cavo di Taiwan e una scatola TV intelligente Youtube, con apparecchio igienico moderno e shampoo leggermente spruzzato e lavastoviglie. La signora al conto (Xiao) era assolutamente utile. Ci ha venduto biglietti di trasporto a sconto rispetto all'acquisto dai contatori al pier, ha spiegato le attività da fare e i luoghi per visitare e le rotte barca/bus intorno a SML quando siamo arrivati e ci ha dato un WhatsApp per contattarla per qualsiasi domanda. Ci ha anche consigliato di visitare Itashao per gustare i cibi per pranzo e consigliare posti per cena attraverso WhatsApp dopo aver tornato a Shiushe senza spingere noi a visitare i ristoranti e non comprare tè dal negozio. Veramente caldo ********* ospite e la parte migliore di soggiornare in questo B&B.

The hotel is same as picture show on website. Super clean and beautiful lake view right at the hotel room balcony ! Hotel will charge for additional headcount at TWD1,000 be it you want extra bed or not. The room rate inclusive of buffet breakfast which is decent selections.  Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to SML !

One night is too short for our stay in this breath taking villa. Weather is superb, food is great, room is decent as we got the traditional room not the newly build one. We didn’t get to try the bbq and steamboat sadly as it closes order at 1900. But there’s a cozy ramen place down the hill Great memories here! Except with our luggages, the location is impossible to go up without a car drive. We have to call for help from the service staff who is extremely helpful since our arrival and departure. And of course we give our thanks too. Ahhh just so memorable

The hotel is in a very good location, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay pleasant and welcoming. The bathroom appears to have been renovated recently and is clean and modern. However, the carpet in the room and in the common areas are quite dated and does not meet current standards. An update would significantly improve the overall comfort and impression of the room. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay thanks to the location and service, but some room upgrades—particularly the carpet—would make a noticeable difference.

The hotel is ok but the room is big. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try. My daughter LOVEs every dishes she ordered. She said, this is the best food she had in Taiwan, so we had two dinners at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great! We couldn’t get into the local buses to go to Xitou nor to Taichung because the buses were full from the original starting point. However, the hotel offers fare shuttle service to and from Xitou but not Shanlinxi. The front desk lady drove us to Xitou, she was GREAT and very accommodating, she took us to Xitou bus station outside of the normal schedule hours so we can catch the bus back to Taichung. We would come back again with our car to get to different areas in Xitou again.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione e il personale della reception è molto disponibile. Possono acquistare biglietti giornalieri per il traghetto e collaborare con negozi di biciclette a prezzi scontati, il che è molto comodo. Nel complesso, è molto buono 👍
