Great location close to Qingjing farm. Due to the weather, the room was very cold and when asked if the hotel had any sort of heating available, the manager said they did not. He also said that everyone was in the same position and is cold. Not much of a professional response. The breakfast was below average at best and can definitely be improved. From an accommodation perspective, the bed was quite comfortable, but the sound insulation in the rooms is terrible. Guests in a nearby room were showering, and it was so loud it could have been in our room.

十月假期多安排出遊因為平地還是很炎熱，清境避暑肯定優選之一，民宿海拔高地點好旁邊又有7-11.全家兩家便利超商，晚上上山觀星距離也比較近，民宿樓下是火鍋店方便解決正餐，食材新鮮.肉多多全家都吃的很滿意，房間空間簡單舒適.性價比高，只是浴室瓷磚裂痕有點多看起來顯舊，還有蓮蓬頭容易將水噴的到處到是之外其他都很滿意。

Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Great service from the staff, including a tasty and quick breakfast of ********* Toast. Amazing view and area outside to sit and stargaze.
Only issue we had was there were some insects (stinkbugs) in the room. However, we told the staff and they immediately reassured us that they were harmless and vacuumed them up. Unfortunately it was breeding season for stinkbugs.
Overall, we recommend staying here, but if you’re a bit squeamish then avoid stinkbug breeding season.

This place is beautiful! Our room offers a lovely garden view, and the restaurant provides a stunning view of the mountain lake. There is an open common balcony with chairs and tables, along with a hot and cold water dispenser for guests to enjoy. While there is no air conditioning in the room, Nantou County's cooler mountain climate makes it comfortable. The bed is equipped with an electric warmer to ensure our comfort.
The owner and staff were very helpful in assisting us with our luggage to our room. There is also a Filipino staff member who made our stay even more enjoyable. They offer unlimited hot coffee and hot chocolate, which is a wonderful perk. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating; he even drove us to our next hotel. Thank you, Sir.🥰
Keep in mind that the hotel is situated uphill. If you don't have a car or any form of transportation, it's manageable to walk the 15 minutes downhill to the bus station, although it can be challenging with luggage. The return journey uphill can be tiring, making it less suitable for seniors. However, young people who enjoy hiking and don’t mind walking will likely appreciate the location.
Buses are available to Cingjing Farm, the Swiss Garden, and other nearby tourist spots, but access is limited without your own car. If you do have one, you will truly enjoy this beautiful place! ❤️

The view is superb. We love the bathtub and steam room. We just couldn't get enough of this place. This is the 2nd time that we stayed there. Coincidentally, we got stay at the same room twice.
Since it's in thw mountains, the air is fresher, great for walks in that weather. You can try running if you are up for it. Their staff are friendly. Be sure to make reservations 1 day in advance for their steam boat dinner.

UUtente ospiteAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

Although the service is great, there were some back and forth convo prob due to lack of complete training, but not a big deal.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed on December 31 and enjoyed a beautiful fireworks view right from our balcony — truly memorable. Breakfast had many choices, and the hotel is beautiful with a warm wooden feel, featuring a kids’ playroom, swimming pool, and a lovely lake view spot.
Step outside and you’ll find the night market, pier, and cable car, all within walking distance. Super convenient and absolutely lovely.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era bello e pulito. L'abbiamo prenotato perché ha tubi caldi di primavera all'interno delle camere. Ci è piaciuto molto. Ci è piaciuto anche il pranzo e il colazione a buffet. Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno di una notte per visitare il lago di Sun Moon, come è vicino al lato pier dove inizia la pista di bicicletta. Ci siamo rimasti solo per una notte, quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare le loro altre strutture.

GGuerriero VIPBella camera vista lago un po quotata ma fornita di tutto il necessario e spaziosa, servizio un po scadente partendo dal ascensore che sono solamente due molto lenti e spesso se hai da salire un piano ti portano prima al ultimo piano poi si fermano in poche parole ci metti 10 minuti per salire un piano, la cosa PEGGIORE è stata la ristorazione appena arrivati affamati dal lungo viaggio ci dirigiamo verso il buffet appena entrati ci dicono il prezzo abbastanza slavato ma non era un problema il problema è sorto una volta entrati e c’erano verdure vecchie e quasi finite e frutta quasi marcia noi con educazione chiediamo di cambiarcela e rifornirla essendo aperto da solo 30 minuti, viene il capo sala con area di superiorità e arroganza e ci dice che non c’erano più e che se non ci andavano bene di andare via al che noi ci siamo alzati e siamo usciti. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO POCO CIBO E DI BASSA QUALITÀ

魂魂魂L'hotel si trova nella vecchia strada, proprio di fronte al Lago del Sole e della Luna, nella prima fila di edifici. Il parcheggio è disponibile tramite un parcheggio riservato o direttamente di fronte al molo. La colazione è prevalentemente vegetariana e bisogna raggiungere a piedi il secondo ristorante (ho anche visto il proprietario trasportare altri ospiti con un golf cart). L'unico inconveniente è che le camere non dispongono di frigorifero, ma per il resto sono pulite e ordinate.

UUtente ospite首先，遇到的兩位前台都非常好，尤其是女前台，非常耐心地給我介紹怎麼玩怎麼吃，非常非常好。房間説升級了，很大，但是，陽台門沒法鎖，床的兩邊是黑色反光牆面，跟鏡子一樣，而且床右邊的鏡子上還有幾道紅，不知道是血還是口紅，我不敢細看，也不敢擦，總感覺有怪異事情發生。晚上感覺床的兩邊都是鏡子，床尾是沒法上鎖的陽台門。而且馬桶正對着的是洗手池的下方，是透明玻璃，一開燈，從窗外看得一清二楚，雖然沒人看，但還是很詭異。晚上睡覺渾身癢，在其他地方從來沒有過。而且因為詭異的佈置，雖然白天累了一天，應該會睡得很香，但是凌晨兩點多做噩夢嚇醒了，也不敢開燈 所以雖然前台很好，但以後不會再住了
