The location is very good for a transit layover due to its location right next to the train station. Our ”skylight” room had a terrible air circulation and a bad room layout. The bed was good. I could shower for 3 minutes before the shower floor would flood and iwater would enter the room. Overall not very impressed. The international Ibis brand was upgraded a few years ago but don't let the wineglasses next to the reception fool you, the”red” Ibis brand remains a rock bottom budget hotel hardly ever worth of its 3 star rating. This property is no exception

Quello che mi piaceva:
• La posizione è molto buona, con molti negozi vicini, tra cui Walmart.
• Nonostante il prezzo affidabile, l'hotel offre ancora servizi standard di concierge come la consegna dei bagagli e i frutti di benvenuto, che è stato un bel toccamento.
• Il livello generale del servizio supera le aspettative per il punto di prezzo.

• Se la tua prenotazione non include la colazione, puoi voler controllare con il desktop front puoi essere in grado di essere per una piacevole sorpresa.
• Per l'accesso al metro, preferisco usare la stazione Taiyuanjie invece della stazione Shenyang, perché mi è sembrato più conveniente.

Il viaggio invernale gira nel treno di Xianyang per guidare convenientemente. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day. The environment was quiet, and everything felt well taken care of.

You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE.
Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

Ma il CA era orribile al secondo piano. In primo luogo, abbiamo chiesto al proprietario attraverso il wechat. Il proprietario vide che stavo aprendo a 16 gradi e la gentile come diceva, non aprire troppo basso, solo a 21, mi ha confuso. Poi ci siamo ripresi a contattare, e una persona è venuta alla nostra unità per cercare di risolverla. Anche se non credo che abbia risolto nulla. Era un duplex, il primo piano aveva un acciaio funzionale normale, ma il secondo piano non poteva sentire una sola cosa. Non mi faccia iniziare quando dopo la doccia, la ventilazione era ****, quindi il secondo piano era caldo.
Il bagno era tutto a posto, solo un lingerie consiglia di mettere un gancio o qualcosa del genere, visto che non potevamo appendere nessuna delle nostre tovaglie, vestiti all'interno del bagno.

All'inizio pensavo di avere un biglietto giornaliero per il resort. Con mia sorpresa, mi è stato detto che ogni volta che soggiorno in hotel sono libero di andare al resort per rilassarmi e divertirmi. La colazione è molto buona e abbondante. L'unico aspetto negativo è che è lontano dalla mia camera.

SSeonghyeonÈ stato un ottimo ostello per me. La camera da letto in ogni stanza è stata incredibile. L'ospite era molto gentile e facile. La posizione era molto centro della strada rappresentativa di Shenyang. Vicino a casa c'erano molti ristoranti e supermercato. E' anche collegato al palazzo imperiale dove sono stato molte volte indietro e indietro in breve periodo. Quindi, la posizione era perfetta per me.
Puoi trovare questo ostello quando trovi la grande porta rocciata.
Quando chiudete la finestra non sentite nulla di suono esterno, ma anche quando aprete la finestra si può sentire il vento fresco.

VVSTGood location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too.
The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries.
In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China.
The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet.
We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
